An ideal place for both couples and families. The owners are very kind and attentive, and the selection of dishes and wines is excellent. The location is perfect for visiting Florence.

Trattoria serving traditional Florentine dishes. The crostini, fried artichokes, and fillet steak with roasted potatoes are excellent. Fast, precise service, and the staff are all friendly, as are the owners, Vincenzo and Maria. I'll definitely be back.

We found this place by chance; it was around 3 PM, so we didn't have high expectations for the welcome... but instead, they were very hospitable, welcoming us without showing any signs of annoyance. We also had a wonderful lunch; the cured meats and crostini were excellent, as was the first course: Norcia potato gnocchi with truffle. It's the first calling card of Florence. I highly recommend it.

Trattoria Da Burde

12/07/2026: Quality food and quick, friendly service. We had the truffle pici and wild boar ragù, and both were delicious. The atmosphere was informal and quaint.
11/07/2026: When I think of “dinner in Firenze”, I will always envision the paposo, the pasta, the bistecca alla florentine, and the Tuscan wine from Da Burde. I am convinced you cannot spell “Perfection” without “Da Burde.” The restaurant is unassuming and filled with the charm of a Tuscan grandmother’s home cooking. Our server, Yassin, took excellent care of us the whole time. We left with full bellies and smiles that felt painted on our faces. 10/10 must visit if you are ever in Florence.
