Andrea will take great care of you, from the excellent wine selection to the amazing food. I had some delicious antipasti, fresh taglierini with porcini mushrooms, and a bistecca alla fiorentina that was out of this world—it melted in my mouth like butter. Coming from Ireland, I can say this is the best meat and service you can find. Go, relax, and enjoy!

28/03/2025: They told me exactly how I found it. They welcome you at the entrance in a former grocery/butcher shop (I don't know) with hams hanging from the ceiling, if you eat inside you find a small room with about ten tables, sitting on stools. Courteous and fast service. There's no point in talking about the food... I arrived on Saturday at 2:30 pm and waited (and ate) from 3:00 pm onwards because it was packed but they sat us down and served us anyway. We ate the tortelli (in that area they have thick pasta) with three different toppings: the wild boar one is phenomenal. Given the time I skipped the second course but I imagine it's amazing like the first courses and... the desserts (another excellent thing). Fair price.

22/10/2024: Two meals taken on site during our stay in the inn opposite. First, a dinner taken on the outdoor terrace which is magnificent. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were impeccable. The assembly of products gives rise to exquisite flavors. Second meal dinner inside the restaurant which is magnificent. The decoration of the restaurant gives a touch of youth to the place which from the outside is very well preserved. The dishes tasted were equally exquisite. Proof of the quality of the restaurant, we were there on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was full with two local families who had come for dinner. Without any hesitation if you are in the area to choose

07/03/2025: It's always very pleasant to return to taste the excellent dishes of this historic farm, between the exquisite welcome, the good wine and the final treat with the liqueur... go and discover it for yourself, I'm just saying that it's worth it!

14/03/2025: The food is delicious, the place is bursting at the seams. You have to wait a long time to place an order, but maybe there is some sense in it - sit, talk, relax. Because then you just have to loosen your belts. Some music would be nice, old Italian hits like "Felicita" 4 etc. And now the buzzer is like in a beehive.

10/03/2025: Fantastic experience at Ristorante Fagioli! We went for lunch today and were really satisfied. We started with a tomato soup truly rich in flavour, followed by bruschetta with livers and lard, an authentic delight of the Tuscan tradition. The chop and pappardelle with sausage sauce were perfectly cooked, tasty and filling. To finish, we tasted a cooked cream that surprised us with its goodness! A place that deserves 5 stars for the quality and authenticity of the dishes, with welcoming service and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

18/03/2025: The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the experience of being in an authentic place is unbeatable. The place is run by a father and son who are always attentive at the tables. We were there twice during our stay in Florence… and the panna cotta is spectacular.

18/03/2025: This was the best pasta I had in all of Florence. The Gnocchi alla Sorrentina was the thing dreams are made of. Our server (young man with great hair) was so kind and helpful even though the place was absolutely packed for lunch. We will be back!!

25/02/2025: Great potential, excellent cuisine, very kind service, a slightly dated but welcoming environment. I only gave three stars for the way the room looks, it could do with a little freshening up (in my opinion) but the food is good, the stuffed rabbit, the appetizers and the pappardelle with wild boar very good, I have to go back and I recommend it, the price is normal, the courses are not suitable for dividing in two but enough for one.

05/01/2025: Without a doubt my favorite place for special occasions: my parents celebrated their wedding here and so did I many years later, family communions and confirmations but also candlelit dinners to enjoy dishes of prized truffles and with friends for a mouth-watering biteca.

21/03/2025: Found by chance, because we arrived late in Florence due to heavy traffic and the place where we had booked dinner warned us that the kitchen closed at 10 pm, so we stopped at this place found by chance on the street, near the Medici Chapels, attracted by the positive reviews in the Routard guide. We tried both first courses, I had ribollita, and a Florentine steak in the center, with side dishes and dessert. Everything was excellent, with more than reasonable waiting times and a good quality-price ratio. A note of merit for the wide selection of wines by the glass in all price ranges, for the very good and tasty apple pie and for the guy who served us the first night we were there, professional but also very friendly and ironic. Not so much the waitress who served us the second time we returned, very rigid and reserved, I understand the tiredness of the weekend in a tourist city, but when you are dealing with the public a smile and a little kindness don't hurt

20/03/2025: A wonderful restaurant with an excellent atmosphere and attentive waiters! We tried the steak with baked potatoes and the meatballs - both were fantastic. As a starter we had the salad with prosciutto, which was also very tasty. For dessert there was tiramisu, which wasn't prepared in the classic way (with chocolate powder and chocolate chips), but was still delicious. The absolute dream, however, was the panna cotta – simply perfect!

18/03/2025: Siamo andati in vacanza con mio marito a Firenze e ovviamente vuoi assaggiare i piatti tipici del loco. Tra varie ricerche abbiamo trovato loro. Un locale piccolo ma grazioso, personale presente ma mai invadente rendendo il servizio piacevole e la nostra serata abbastanza intima. Abbiamo ordinato ovviamente la Fiorentina che prima di essere cucinata ci è stata portata a tavola e pesata davanti a noi. Beh che dirne un sapore autentico, una cottura al sangue perfetta con temperatura interna eccezionale, tenerissima al taglio e al palato. Davvero complimenti super consigliato.
