13/06/2026: A fantastic pizzeria in the heart of Florence! We were lucky enough to meet the lovely family of Ciro, warm, welcoming people who make you feel right at home. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfectly charred crust and fresh toppings bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is authentically Italian and full of charm. A true gem in Firenze. Highly recommended

13/06/2026: I ate with awe. It was the best food I had in Rome and Florence. I made a reservation on Google Maps on the same day and visited; since all seats are full before 7 PM, I recommend making a reservation before you come. (Pasta) Penne all'arrabbiata con burrata (Lasagna) Lasagna al forno (Pizza) Provola & pepe (Dessert) Cheesecake I was amazed by the lasagna's incredibly rich flavor. Personally, it was the best dish I had. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the rich tomato sauce blended harmoniously with just the right amount of spiciness. The pizza was also excellent, with a great combination of fresh tomato sauce and cheese that filled my mouth. The dessert was average. Honestly, I was full, but I ordered it out of respect for the truly outstanding food.

16/05/2026: We made a reservation for 8 at 9 pm. The restaurant was quite full. We were seated upstairs in a lovely, beautifully decorated room. There was a small issue with a wine we ordered (we wanted a €26 bottle, but they brought us one that cost €60). Once we opened the door, they explained the mistake. It was great that the restaurant took responsibility and brought us the wine we had ordered. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

20/04/2026: We were staying in the area and had dinner at this trattoria. We ordered three fillets and asked for a tomato-filled picio for my daughter. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, and the meat was tender! Even the tomato sauce for my daughter's picio was expertly made (which isn't a given when you go to a restaurant and ask for a dish off the children's menu). Special mention to the waitress; she was kind and attentive throughout the service. See you soon!

19/04/2026: The Florentine steak melts in your mouth (the wild boar pici is also excellent), the prices are very fair, and the hospitality and friendliness are excellent. A true trattoria, as it should be.

The food was exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection and bursting with authentic flavor. You can really tell there’s passion and attention to detail behind everything that comes out of the kitchen. What truly made the night special, though, was the service. Fiona and Cris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm elevated the entire experience. They gave fantastic recommendations and made sure every moment felt relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re looking for incredible food paired with unforgettable hospitality, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I entered and the waiter put me on the list. Shortly after, we were at the table: - Exquisite traditional first courses (The gnocchi were homemade) - Succulent and tender meat - A wide selection of desserts - The "SPINELLO" herbal liqueur was wonderful - Friendly and fast service - Rustic but spotlessly clean place *We were all completely satisfied and I think it will be our stop on other trips along this route*

31/05/2026: We discovered Trattoria La Burrasca by chance while exploring Florence, and it ended up being one of the best culinary experiences of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we loved the atmosphere: peaceful, authentic, and with that Italian charm you expect to find in a traditional trattoria. The service was warm and friendly, making us feel very comfortable throughout the entire meal. The food was spectacular. Each dish was bursting with flavor; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into every preparation. The desserts were the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. If you're visiting Florence, this is one of those places you shouldn't miss. Away from the crowded tourist spots, it offers a genuine, delicious experience with excellent value for money. While my guests appreciated the choices, I was tempted by the cold and tasteless stuffed zucchini and the sautéed porcini mushrooms, without calamint, more boiled than sautéed, accompanied by two cherry tomato halves, which floated on the plate, making me wonder: what are we doing here? That said, Ruggero remains a point of reference for Tuscan cuisine, of which I've always enjoyed everything except the sautéed porcini mushrooms and the stuffed zucchini, alas. The house wine was excellent.
