22/03/2025: A decent trattoria, kind and friendly, prices in line with the norm. There is a general tired atmosphere...there could be a bit of a renewal in the environment and the dishes...come on! You are in one of the most beautiful squares in the world!

16/03/2025: We had pasta and it was very good. The taste is rich and the meals feel very authentically italian. The portions were also of adequate size which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was pleasent and the staff were friendly. We don't speak Italian but had no problems with making reservation and then ordering at the restaurant. The prices were very good given the experience. Overall, this small trattoria feels like a place where the locals eat and not like a big fancy restaurant that will rip you off. It's a must visit if you are in Florance.

18/03/2025: Total price a bit too inflated. Taglierini artichokes and lard magnificent, pici with rabbit ragù not bad. Good quantities of the first courses and at these honest prices. Too bad the surprise in the final bill: glass of house wine at 5 euros, questionable quality! As for desserts (6 euros) a good tiramisu but unfortunately a chocolate cake on par with the packaged ones. In general the quality of the first courses was good but with a dish, a dessert and a coffee we came out with 30 euros each, too much.

The environment is rustic and clean, the staff is friendly and super helpful; the food is delicious, there is a vast choice of first courses, second courses and side dishes... in addition to the inevitable Florentine steak, which must be strictly rare! Very honest prices, for being in the center of Florence! Dispassionate advice... try their fries and their meat sauce!

24/03/2025: Very nice place in a quiet and private setting. Very spacious private parking. Abundant appetizer with typical cutting boards and croutons. Really excellent pasta with mushrooms and sausage and very good cheek! Price in the medium range, right.

20/03/2025: Large parking lot about fifty meters away. Rustic, very welcoming environment, framed by the Tuscan hills. Kind and helpful staff without being pushy. You can visit the house where Machiavelli faced exile, which is located right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant offers Tuscan cuisine based on meat and the food is truly excellent with quality raw materials. An experience definitely to be repeated.

02/03/2025: appena riaperto la stagione marco subito la cartolina e mi gusto sua maestà il raviolo da gustare anche al tartufo. i dolci fatti in casa non sono da meno. ad oggi il mio ristorante preferito.

20/03/2025: En cette fin mars, accueil, vin, pattes à tomber.... Adresse un peu intimiste mais il faut vraiment faire l effort. Restaurant panoramique sur les vignes du Chianti. Attention ⚠️ il est préférable de réserver en saison.
