We ate divinely; if I could give more stars, I would. The wild boar pappardelle was thick and flavorful, and the Florentine steak was exceptional. Special mention for the desserts, with traditional flavors but impeccably crafted. Recommended.

Coming off a victorious away match in Arezzo, we couldn't miss out on a Fiorentina steak, so—thanks to a clever idea from one of us—we booked here. Fiorentina steak was expertly prepared, tender, and melted in the mouth. Freshly prepared and served on sizzling hot plates to retain its heat. Roast potatoes and beans all'uccelletta served as a side dish. An excellent house Chianti was served with the side dish. A great victory and a dinner like this don't happen every day, so I was almost moved.

We stopped for lunch at this restaurant: it was exceptional.
The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent. The Florentine tripe was delicious. The location is also convenient for those looking for something close to the highway exit.
Highly recommended.

It's now a must-see. Leaving the Asmana spa, we stop in Barberino at Cosimo de Medici, a top-quality restaurant. I start with freshly baked focaccia and fried artichokes, and then ask for the legendary Fiorentina steak.
Everything is amazing.

It may seem strange, but I really enjoyed stepping back in time into an old-fashioned restaurant!
Yes, indeed: a spacious dining room, many attentive waiters, fast food, and that lovely basket full of desserts that I couldn't eat because I was so full.
It was like stepping back in time, where there was a classic restaurant where you could eat well, with waiters in their uniforms, and home-made cuisine. 10 out of 10 ❤️
