We stumbled upon it while on a free tour. The service was excellent—friendly and fast. The food was very good, and they have a pizza oven right in front of you. We enjoyed it and recommend it.

The steak was delicious; I could easily eat 1.6kg by myself. The wines were also of high quality. The restaurant's own wines are definitely worth trying. I look forward to returning to this city to savor these delicious dishes again.

This is not a cheap restaurant, although it has affordable options. However, the food is delicious, the service excellent and we got served quickly. So if you want to treat yourself, highly recommended!

The last time I was here I was with my parents, grandparents, and my brother. All total there were 6 of us. The food was amazing and the atmosphere like being in a time machine giving you a glimpse of Renaissance Italy, the food was cooked in a wood burning oven in the traditional Florentine way. You are able to watch them cook and prepare depending on the seating you get. They do offer far more secluded areas for seating if that is more your style. Toto has been an active Trattoria for over 900 years from what I was told by staff and you feel the history when you are there. It is located in the heart of Florence just a quick walk from Ponte Vecchio, Plaza De La Senoria, and the Uffizi gallery. It is a little hidden away down a medieval road, but it would be one of your best finds in Florence. I was lucky enough to hear about this place from a friend of mine who frequented Florence regularly. The dinner we had here the first time merited that we go back not just once but 3 times in a 1 week period.

Julio provided excellent service! The food was exquisite! The waiter gave great recommendations; his dishes are a must-try!
