07/03/2026: We went there, recommended by friends, for a quick lunch on the way home: excellent! A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared traditional dishes. We had a Tuscan appetizer with traditional cured meats and crostini, followed by pappardelle with local wild boar sauce: everything was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive. The price was excellent for the quantity and quality. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again. I also recommend it because it's right off the highway exit, making it very convenient. I recommend making a reservation because it's very popular.

08/03/2026: A unique experience, everything masterfully orchestrated from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Wonderful dishes that delight the sight, the smell, and above all the taste buds. The service is top-notch, never too much, never too little. The atmosphere is delicate and refined, with refined furnishings and lighting, informal yet classy. The recipes and pairings are incredible. With every dish, we exclaimed, "Really?" Only to be transported by the story that dish had to tell. Sublime, I recommend everyone treat themselves to this level of indulgence at least once in their life.

24/02/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant with my partner. A truly beautiful and classy place. We chose a five-course tasting menu, and I must say, each dish was more sublime than the last. Each was an explosion of flavor, with attention to the finest ingredients down to the smallest detail. My favorite dishes were the pigeon and duck. I will definitely return sometime to try new and delicious dishes. Compliments to Chef Barbara, who even came to our table to check if everything was okay. It's a shame the service was a bit disappointing considering the setting; we felt neglected. Compliments to the chef 👏

The service was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The food was excellent! We each ordered various dishes, which we then sampled... Really good!!! Portions were decent. The price tends to be high for the simplicity of the dish itself... But it's still worth it. The Florentine steak was wonderful!!! You can't miss it. I recommend it! Excellent place

01/03/2026: A true gem in Pomarance: La Dispensa del Palagetto was an extraordinary discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and professionalism by the wait staff: smiling, attentive, and capable of making us feel immediately at home. Such a genuine welcome truly makes the difference and contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine is simply excellent, with top-quality ingredients and evident attention to every detail. Everything is delicious, from the initial appetizer of wild carrot puree and crusty bread—delicate yet full of character—to the duck-filled plin, simply out of this world: flavorful, balanced, and perfectly executed. Not to mention the low-temperature cooked belly, so tender it literally melts in your mouth, served with cavolo nero in a harmonious and enveloping combination. The fillet with porcini mushroom cap was also top-notch. The mushrooms were beautifully firm and the meat was perfectly cooked. Finally, an excellent raspberry tartlet. Coffee served with a delicious biscuit with homemade jam. The wine list is also excellent. A taste experience that left us completely satisfied. A restaurant that is absolutely worth the price, for its quality, experience, and customer service. Our compliments, we will be happy to return!

02/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant a month ago. The atmosphere was lovely. The menu was extensive and appealing. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and the wild boar cacciatore were very good. The desserts were also delicious, all homemade. The service was a little disorganized, but that's okay!

05/03/2026: A Florentine treasure & by chance we stumbled upon it for drinks after a sumptious apperitivo elsewhere. We were drawn to the place by the bonhomie of the guests on the front terrace, the tenor belting out opera alongside passers by & the young American diner who joined him amidst clapping & cheers from passers by ( like us) & residents from the apartments upstairs. After being smitten by a concert from the Orchestra da Camera Fiorentina at the Zefferelli Musem nearby, we felt as if we had walked into one of the Great Man's film sets. Perhaps due to being tucked behind the magnificence of the Uffizi, Trattoria Buzzoni it is at first glance modest but this place is as worthy of the listed fine dining establishments that Firenze is proud of. In Scotland, we are also proud of our fine dining restaurants, excellent produce & hospitality but also, like Trattoria Buzzino we know how to welcome people in good eateries like long lost friends with conviviality borne of good wholesome food, laughter & joy. Their name befits the owners & the chefs....this place is A-Buzz with everything we need in life right now......the joy of life. Just like magic you will venture inside & you will realise what you have been missing!

08/02/2026: Giulio's Florentine steak is unbeatable, accompanied by a good Nobile di Montepulciano. Excellent fresh homemade pasta and Tuscan legumes. Excellent cheeses.

14/01/2026: It's best to book in advance, the meat is excellent, the host shows you the cut of Florentine steak you'll be served, and if you like it, the food is excellent. What can I say, you have to go at least once, twice, or three times to enjoy all the delicacies on offer. We'll definitely be back!

17/02/2026: A restaurant with a typical Tuscan menu. I had a very good appetizer of crostini, but the beef tagliata was a bit sour, and the wait was really long for a Monday night. Still, I recommend it.
