22/09/2025: A must-visit if you want to eat extraordinary meat. Both the tagliata and the Florentine steak are excellent, but the latter always prevails. The famous navel steaks are also excellent, always delicious, not to mention the cured meat appetizers and homemade desserts. Unfortunately, Muzzicone—a unique and unrepeatable character—is no longer with us, so you can sense that the atmosphere is no longer what it once was. But the cuisine has remained consistent over time, making this restaurant a national reference: anyone passing through Castiglion Fiorentino without eating at Muzzicone is truly missing out...

25/09/2025: A small, simple trattoria, just like it used to be. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it feels like family. I ate divinely and will definitely return on my next visit to Florence.

21/09/2025: We had papardelle with ragu sauce & pici guanciale and they were delicious, also the portions were quite large. We also had chianti ruffini by glass, which unfortunately wasn't that great. The service was good and fast. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed, warm and nostalgic. The place wasnt overcrowded on a Wednesday night. Overall I enjoyed our dinner here!

12/10/2025: Excellent cuisine, a restaurant that's well-maintained and well-managed, but reflects years of hard work. Excellent location not far from Arezzo, with convenient private covered parking. The food is truly delicious, with generous and tasty portions, and the staff is very kind and attentive. I think I've found my favorite place.

04/10/2025: I don't understand the reviews. This restaurant is a haven for American tourists. The atmosphere is noisy, and the staff are running around everywhere. The food is uninteresting. We even saw an employee return to the kitchen with melon and pasta from the supermarket next door at 7:30 p.m. Avoid! Too expensive for what it is.

Here, every dish is an explosion of authentic flavors, prepared with passion and top-quality ingredients, a cut above all other restaurants in Florence for authenticity and value, with an unrivaled quality-price ratio. Starting with the first courses: the ribollita and pappa al pomodoro are warm and flavorful embraces, not to mention the risotto verde, which is breathtaking and pure poetry. The Florentine steak... simply perfect, juicy, tender, cooked as only true masters know how. Every bite speaks of the true Tuscany, the one that stays in your heart. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, the tables set with flasks of wine perfectly convey the true Tuscan homey atmosphere, which finds its perfect expression here, and the paintings that fill the walls enhance and reinforce the feeling of being at home rather than in the center of Florence. 04/10/2025: We arrived around 8:30 on a Friday evening on October and were among the first guests. Within a half hour the place was packed. We ordered the house wine, super delicious and affordable, and two pizzas. We enjoyed a leisurely meal in a lovely restaurant with green checkered table clothes and oddly American 90s music (which is not my preference as we'd prefer Italian language music). The staff were really patient with my basic Italian, which made me grateful for their patience. A lovely evening.

02/10/2025: Passing through after a lovely stroll in the historic center, we were welcomed with a smile even with the language barrier. Fast service, excellent dishes (yum the gnocchi!) Chianti, espresso! We had a great time for 2 for less than 50€. The collection of miniatures in decoration is worth the detour. The atmosphere is friendly. Address to keep! 😍
