As for the food, I can only say that, besides being excellent, it's also healthy and easy to digest. Having dinner like this in the middle of a long business trip is a godsend. The courtesy and hospitality to top it all off. It's a shame to have to leave. I hope to return.

23/01/2026: A must-visit every time we're in Tuscany. A charming place in the heart of Ambra. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming The staff is fantastic, and the food is super delicious. Consistently a great experience. A true favourite!
