26/05/2025: Abbiamo deciso di provare il locale attirati dalle recensioni positive sia sulle varie piattaforme social che per il passaparola di amici. Nonostante fosse sera si captava la cura del contesto, tutto in ordine e pulito,credo che per goderselo a pieno sia più consigliato il pranzo. Abbiamo preso un atnticpasto masi, 17 euro forse tantino per quello che c'era effettivamente nel piatto, nonostante la presenza del tartufo viene fatto il cosiddetto mestiere mettendo la rucola sotto l'arista, che sapeva di poco, per farla sembrava più voluminosa,però il prosciutto molto buono. Tagliolini al tartufo molto buoni e abbondanti, sia a livello di quantitativo di pasta che anche di tartufo il quale con il suo odore avvolgeva il piatto. Fin qui tutto bene infatti, niente da ridire, finché non siamo arrivati alla bistecca fritta. Sbagliata la cottura una volta, fatto presente si sono subito mossi per correggerla cosa che non è avvenuta. Purtroppo mia moglie non riesce a mangiarla al sangue e abbiamo chiesto una medio cottura che fosse propensa al Ben cotto. Quindi ci sarebbe andata bene sia media ma anche se la portavano ben cotta non l'avremmo disdegnata. Purtroppo la prima volta è arrivata al sangue, per poi riportarla leggermente più Rosina ma con ancora porzioni al sangue. Abbiamo evitato di rifarlo presente, anche perché non lhanno fatta nuova ma solamente riscaldata e non è il massimo farlo più volte. Infine non capisco come faccia ad essere così acclamata. Non valorizza la carne e anzi, la appesantisce di parecchio. Chiudo con il fatto che non ci hanno fatto lo scontrino (colpa anche mia che non l'ho preteso)

25/05/2025: Last night we had dinner here, what can I say, superlative in everything, courtesy, well presented original dishes, flavours and combinations, perfectly balanced and equilibrated, with ingredients, that you can feel first quality, a wonderfully infinite wine list, enchanting place immersed in a countryside that speaks for itself, very good guys, compliments really!!!! we will definitely be back.

15/05/2025: We were in this magnificent place during the April 24/25 long weekend, coming from Rome. Magnificent place and unique food. A praise for the meat 1.2 of meat absolutely a butter. There would be other wonderful things to say but it is better that you go in person and then you will see..... Compliments to all of you

24/05/2025: Guido, in the wonderful setting of the walls of Magliano in Toscana, has maintained a very high standard of typical Maremma cuisine for over 30 years with an excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent and very abundant appetizers, unsurpassable tagliolini 3 gnudi with truffles, exquisite second courses and, last but not least, superb crema catalana and zabaglione. Book well in advance especially on weekends and holidays.

20/04/2025: Locale suggestivo ed elegantissimo. Merita non solo la location con arredamento e mise en plate annessa, ma anche la qualità del cibo. Veramente eccellenti i tortelli al ragù bianco, o per meglio dire il ragù bianco e i tortelli di accompagnamento (considerando la quantità di carne nel piatto). Crostata di more servita calda e dalle dimensioni generose. Si spende il giusto considerando il posto e la qualità del cibo.

20/05/2025: We had a great experience, the waitstaff (especially Helen and Veezar) were really helpful and friendly. The wine was incredibly good, and paired perfectly with my meal, which was also delicious. The restaurant itself is also very cute, I recommend the outdoor seating.

03/05/2025: We went to this restaurant, discovered by chance, at the end of April It was an excellent experience for the quality and quantity of the food and for the exquisite friendliness and hospitality of the young Sardinian owners Their starter and fregola are highly recommended We have one more reason to return to Florence!
