01/03/2025: There was almost no one, it is very good and very underrated because of how original it is. We ate everything well, the pasta ragout was great, the bread was very bad. Normal dessert, Tiramisu did not convince us, for everything else a 10.

Ciò che mi ha spinto a fare la recensione comunque è la gentilezza e l'accoglienza dello staff, che è stato un inaspettata e piacevole sorpresa. Il cibo era buono, menzione particolare alla sovra coscia di Pollo davvero buonissima e gli antipasti davvero ottimi. Il prezzo è buono considerando quanto si spende a cenare fuori in posti meno affascinanti di questo. Consigliatissimo anche per le famiglie, non solo per il buon cibo ma anche per il trattamento.

Without a doubt, this has been a great success. Trattoria Diladdarno offers authentic Florentine food, with unique flavors and exquisite dishes that we have not tried anywhere else. Everything was delicious, with quality ingredients and careful preparation. Furthermore, the treatment of the staff has been exceptional, making us feel at home. 03/02/2025: The perfect choice! If you are looking for a restaurant in the Casole d'Elsa area where you can eat very well, Il Piatto Forte is the perfect choice. This restaurant represents a fusion between Tuscan culinary tradition and technological innovation, offering a unique gastronomic experience in step with the times. The place has introduced something new that makes it unique: a robot waiter named Bob. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail with attentive and friendly service. The quality-price ratio is right. Thanks for a good lunch! Highly recommended!

22/03/2025: Absolutely to try is the "fried octopus", a real specialty! Dishes ordered: mixed seafood appetizer, seafood risotto, spaghetti with seafood, mixed fried shrimp and squid. All very good. Punctual service. Very nice and well-kept environment with cloth napkins (increasingly rare). Small but certainly sufficient wine list. Spirits available, however, should be implemented in the list. The stability of the tables should also be taken care of more. Overall, however, the judgment is certainly more than positive, a place absolutely worth visiting.

20/03/2025: I had seen this restaurant in a magazine introducing Italy and had wanted to go there someday. I left Florence at 11:00 and went to see Fra Angelico at the museum, so it would be before 2:00, so I just sent an email to make a reservation. The menu on the restaurant's website had some dishes that I couldn't imagine, but I ordered something that looked like it used a lot of vegetables. I was surprised by the appetizer that was brought out first. The rare beef marinated in a jar was so delicious! And the vegetables were arranged like flowers. The waitress ground a large rock salt, and the atmosphere was fun. Before I knew it, I heard the sound of celery being chewed from the seat behind me, and I turned around and laughed. The primo was ravioli with a bean sauce and black cabbage on top! All the flavors were mild and mixed together in my mouth to create a different taste. The only disappointment was that it was a little cold in the room to the right as soon as we entered, but the waitress was very fun and I was able to relax and dine in a famous restaurant, which was the best thing about it. I've been to Italy many times but I rarely have the chance to go to high-end restaurants, but after seeing the beautiful paintings in Cortona, I was really glad to come across such a delicious restaurant!

02/03/2025: To be one of the best places to eat in Italy is not an easy task :). The dishes are well balanced, tasty and presented in unordinary way. We had a truffle pasta that was very good, the steak was divine, and the dessert closed a well prepared dinner.
