04/07/2025: This an unassuming restaurant next to the vegetable, meat and fish market, near the train station in Rome. The interior is simple, yet clean. The food was awesome. I had the pasta with clams. Best I have had in Rome. My friends had the chicken, and the pasta with tomato sauce and basil. Also excellent.

03/07/2025: Definitely a great restaurant. Typical Roman cuisine with more than fair prices. I come from a family of restaurateurs and everyone was impressed by the quality. My partner and I always choose this place when we are in the area.

01/07/2025: Delicious food, great service and very friendly staff. 10/10. We mostly ate from the daily specials which consisted of a cacio e Pepe ravioli, swordfish filet, and an absolutely incredible dessert with eggnog cream, peaches, and chocolate. My god that was one of the best desserts I have ever had.

04/07/2025: Ordered the Picanha steak, sea bass and lamb rack. Picanha steak was absolutely divine, tender with a nice balance of lean meat and fat. Seasoned to perfection, with a a savoury char grill taste which was the icing on the cake. Lamb racks were also very tender, overall very pleasant. Sea bass was great too, but was covered with scales. It could be a local practice to not remove them? Not sure. Overall, the meal was probably the best we had in Rome, only comment is that the portion size for the lamb and sea bass could have been a bit bigger.

29/06/2025: Not a place for tourists but for Romans, managed by a capable, kind and welcoming owner. Fair prices for eating on any occasion. I felt at ease and in a capable restaurant like once upon a time.

28/06/2025: Полное разочарование. Дневное меню только на итальянском, даже не удосужились перевести на международные языки. В меню не был указан состав блюд, только название. Салат из сезонных овощей оказался обжаренными стеблями брокколи. Музыка гремела настолько, что нахождение в ресторане было некомфотным. На просьбы уменьшить громкость персонал не отреагировал. Не советую этот ресторан. К сожалению, это единственный ресторан в кемпинге.

03/07/2025: The terrace is undoubtedly the highlight of the place, spacious and pleasant for an outdoor meal. On the other hand, the food was simply okay. The dishes are adequate, but nothing special for a restaurant. A large part of the menu had been replaced without an official update, forcing the staff to verbally announce the numerous changes, which made ordering confusing and cumbersome. The server was very friendly and attentive, but the absence of a sommelier quickly became noticeable, especially given the wide selection of wines on offer. Finally, the spritz we were served lacked bubbles, as if the prosecco had been open for a while. The prices are reasonable, but the overall experience still fell short of our expectations.

24/07/2025: Dined here late July 2025, family of 5 adults and two kids aged 6 and 9, having been recommended by friends. Price point is a notably lower than most surrounding restaurants. Restaurant appearance inviting but lacking the bells and whistles of other restaurants, but that’s fine with us, as long as food and service is good. Very happy with the standard of both, so much so we broke our rule of not going back to the same place twice. Steak with Gorgonzola was excellent, quality cut cooked perfectly. Pizzas were excellent and a big hit with the kids, “best pizzas” they’d ever had apparently. Lasagne was excellent, far better than others we’d had in Rome, perfect balance of ingredients. Service really made the experience that much better. Unfortunately, didn’t get their names but both nights we were serviced by staff who made us feel so welcome and had banter with our kids - that little extra effort that always make the experience for diners (and especially their kids) memorable. Only reason we didnt give 5 star for atmosphere is because the location isn’t exactly the best although they make the most of what alfresco dining area they have, so it was still enjoyable. Literally the only criticism, at a stretch, is the Caprese Salad was a bit tight on Basil.
