15/06/2026: A restaurant serving home-style, traditional Roman cuisine—you won't find a better meal there! The service was excellent and very attentive. They recommended the coda alla vaccinara, with its spectacular tomato sauce, accompanied by a delicious Roman-style artichoke, as well as the classic carbonara and amatriciana, which I highly recommend. A must-visit in Grottaferrata!

We enjoyed excellent pasta alla gricia and a delicious pasta and chickpea soup, accompanied by a small bottle of local wine. Very satisfying.

17/04/2026: The supplì were excellent, the rigatoni with pajata was superb, the lamb chops were delicious and cooked to perfection. I don't know what the bill was because I was staying with friends, but the person who paid said it was very fair!
