15/05/2026: It was our first dinner in Italy. I had very high expectations.
We ordered polpetine as a starter and pasta de plat as a main course. The sauce on the polpetine was superb. The carbonara was the best I've ever had; I was so full I couldn't have dessert, but I would have loved to try something else they offered. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Beyond the excellent quality of the ingredients, the rare mastery of the preparation, and the friendly, courteous service, here you can finally rediscover the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine of the past. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED is an understatement: it's a must-visit, and even though it's a little out of the way, you'll definitely come here. Then you'll tell me...

05/05/2026: Good evening, I'm not from the area. I found the restaurant on Google after several searches. I have to compliment the entire staff on their hospitality and table service. The food is high-quality, and meat lovers will find a wide selection. The man in charge of the meat counter and the cook will be able to advise you and, above all, accommodate your requests. Finally, I ask for the bill, and I have to say the prices are really fair. We'll be back soon. Thank you all.
01/05/2026: You can't pay 50 euros per person for a tomato bruschetta with a steak, prices are too high!!! Moreover, we sat down at 1 pm and the steak arrived at 3:30 pm for a snack!!!

15/04/2026: I'll state the facts: two half slices of bruschetta with tomatoes for €5, a first course served in a large salad bowl that made it seem even cheaper than it actually was, and a bill that predates the rise in prices and was presented on a piece of paper. An experience not to be repeated.
I've stated the facts, and a clarification is needed regarding the price: one small dish and one first course for €24.50, excluding drinks.
(I go grocery shopping and eat out often.)
