15/10/2025: We ate there on our last afternoon in Rome and, after a short wait, got a table right away. We had bruschetta, a calzone, and carbonara, all of which were very, very delicious. The only minor criticism is the service. While everything ran smoothly, we still felt some of the waiters were lacking in courtesy. But that may have been due to the stress. The live piano music was particularly beautiful.

28/09/2025: We went for lunch today. The food was excellent. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The place was welcoming. We tried several dishes, all excellent. The price was fair and reasonable. Congratulations, TOP guys.

10/10/2025: Great food. We started with bruschetta, then had the Carbonara and braised oxtail, finished with tiramisu. The Carbonara was decent. I wouldn't call it the world beater like some other had said. The oxtail was very tender and tasty. The tiramisu was also very good.

12/10/2025: We had lunch at this historic restaurant in Garbatella and had a truly wonderful time. The food was good, the service was quick and very attentive. We reported a problem with a dish, and the owner and staff kindly apologized and immediately removed the dish from our bill. A gesture that demonstrates professionalism and customer service. We will definitely be back.

14/10/2025: Wonderful experience! Delicious food, perfectly cooked pasta, and perfect sauce! Nothing greasy or heavy, on the contrary. The main courses are also really good, well-cooked, and balanced in flavor. We're way above the quality-price ratio because €20 doesn't reflect the quality of the food; obviously, I mean, the food would be worth much more! Rita is also very friendly, and after five seconds, you already feel at ease. An experience to definitely repeat.

11/10/2025: The best pizza I've had in the city kB 5-6 restaurants. It's not worth eating next to a sight, come here instead. KB 20€ for a great pizza and a large beer. I'm completely satisfied.

24/09/2025: i think the chef had my boyfriend questioning his sexuality. his carbonara was apparently from another world (“the best he had ever tasted in his life”) and i can only imagine (i’m vegetarian), because my simple cacio e pepe was to die for. i will try to avoid this place from now on so my boyfriend can regain his focus on me. a local friend recommended this place to us and we absolutely loved it. very authentic, good atmosphere, down to earth, the service was excellent. we will return to rome as soon as possible just so we can enjoy another meal here. this is what restaurants should be like. absolute gem. abbraccio e bacio to the chef’s parents for conceiving him ⭐️

I calculated the calories using the service mentioned in the photo — super convenient and quick! Now I can easily track my meals and recommend it to anyone watching their calories.

03/10/2025: We chose to celebrate our anniversary at VII Coorte—a perfect choice. Just outside the tourist bustle of Trastevere, the warm welcome immediately puts you at ease. A truly beautiful location, with an intimate terrace furnished with simplicity and elegance, ideal for an anniversary or romantic dinner. The menu and wine list are immediately overwhelming with their variety. From appetizers to main courses, everything is delicious; the ingredients are of the highest quality (you can tell by the freshness and flavor of the crudités), the off-menu first courses are simply excellent (the ravioli stuffed with cacio e pepe in particular), and the roasted octopus is excellent. We skipped dessert because we were so full. A special mention goes to the young man who looked after us throughout the dinner, starting with the menu explanation and offering expert advice on what to choose. He was excellent, very knowledgeable, and friendly, but never intrusive. We've found our favorite place in Rome; it'll be a regular stop.
