17/08/2024: Positive experience. Friendly and helpful service. Excellent food, the only flaw was that my cut was cooked wrong. A big shame because the taste wasn't bad, but I have to say that when I exposed the problem to the waiters they offered to make another one. For the rest, nice evening.

04/08/2024: 1000% Roman cuisine! Very high level of general professionalism. Wonderful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. The owner, Fabio, and Giampalo the Chef are like Laurel and Onlio, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill so be careful because you will laugh non-stop! The raw materials used are very fresh and of the highest quality. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Roman cuisine from Rome a thousand percent! Highly recommended.

28/07/2024: I WAS THERE A LONG TIME AGO AND I MUST SAY THAT I HAD A VERY WELL DINNER WITH TYPICAL ROMAN DISHES REALLY PROFESSIONALLY MADE! HIGHLY DIFFICULT PARKING! BUT IT IS WORTH IT SO I CAN ONLY PROMOTE IT AND RECOMMEND IT

08/08/2024: Very good restaurant. I initially came for the dessert - vino santo e cantucci, and was amazed by the delicious dishes. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was great. It’s off the beaten tracks and is totally worth it for a more authentic experience

06/08/2024: As soon as we arrive, before sitting down they ask us our preference for the table, because the other one was less bright and while we are sitting down they tell us to go to the latter one because it was more comfortable for them. We order burgers for 5 and focaccia, some appetizers (tall and fried) and after a while they tell us that there are no burgers... absurd, they have very few dishes to choose from!! They bring us the wine and fill the glasses like in a tavern. In the end we ate a platter each and some fried food, even in a hot environment!! Never again

25/07/2024: Beautiful food. Very quiet when we visited 8.30 weds evening. Staff were lovely food delicious and average prices. May return this week.

06/08/2024: I have tried to go many times but couldn't find a place. It is a small restaurant but with a lot of charm. Let's start with attention. Rich, tasty and fresh food. The trippa alla Romana to eat on your knees. You have to return for other typical dishes. Highly recommended. In September they tell me that the terrace will be expanded!!!

22/08/2024: Sono stata invitata una sera da amici in questo locale tipico del quartiere testaccio una trattoria come tante senza trucco e senza inganno , ma con una preparazione culinaria da grandi intenditori del cibo storico della capitale , quindi trippa ,coda ,animelle, paste tipiche ,come cacio e pepe ,gricia amatriciana ecc ecc cucinate con maestria dal cuoco che conosce bene la cucina romana de na vorta ! Non in ultimo le verdure ! il vero fiore all’occhiello della trattoria ! Mille varietà cotte e crude ad insalata ripassate o bollite una vera scoperta ! Se si va a testaccio in cerca di una trattoria specializzata nella storica cucina romana questo è il posto giusto !

07/08/2024: Non conoscevo questo locale e, entramdo nella prima sala sono stato piacevolmente accolto da un arredamento curato e arricchito da due consolles decorate in cui si muovevano con tranquilla efficenza i gestori . Poi passando nella ampia sala attigua sono stato di nuovo sorpreso dalla eleganza degli arredi , dalla cura riservata agli avventori che culmina con l’accurato servizio ! Poi dai gentili , forniti gestori napoletani ho appreso che il locale , curato in ogni particolare nasce dal connubio di alcune fra gli esponenti più famosi dll’hotellerie che qui sperimentano l’unione con altrettanto blasonati pizzaioli napolitani . Pur in presenza di un ricco menù, abbiamo preferito rivolgerci alle pizze , trovandole squisite nella migliore tradizione napoletana!

06/08/2024: Piccolo locale che offre un’ottima cucina Romana. Eravamo con due bambini, abbiamo provato sia la carbonara e la gricia che supplì e polpette col sugo. Paste ottime, supplì davvero buono e polpette che si scioglievano in bocca. Super consigliato!

14/08/2024: Excellent experience, we had two first courses (Fettuccine, garlic, oil, chilli, cod and almonds; and octopus salad) and they were really delicious. Of quality, prepared with care and attention. A typical and characteristic place to escape from the usual tourist places. Lovely and very helpful staff!

07/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in San Lorenzo, it seems to be in the streets of the centre. A wonderful cross-section of Rome. Plus add excellent Roman cuisine and excellent very low and very light pizza and you're done. Congratulations everything delicious

18/07/2024: Imagine that your grandma was a great cook (and she probably was); imagine the she was Italian; imagine that a restaurant could cook her food; imagine that people at this restaurant would welcome you in their home as she would. There you go.

12/07/2024: We would highly recommend. But it is what it is don’t expect Michelin star dining! This is Rome home cooking at its finest - basic but hearty food served in an old fashioned way. The old guys serving were great once we’d had a bit of a joke with them. We had two courses for three with drinks and it came to €70 which is brilliant for Rome. We highly recommend
