It looks simple, but the flavor was great, with the sauce perfectly complementing the freshness of the vegetables. The garden is lovely and romantic, and the venue is simple but aesthetically pleasing for parties and weddings. The waiters are young, lively, quick, and kind. The food consists of typical Lazio dishes: good cold cuts, tasteless pasta, rubbery meat, and desserts lacking in imagination and small portions, but good. The restrooms, spread across two floors in another building in the same garden, are a bit inconvenient. The water is also slow to run. Karaoke night, but nothing special for me personally. The idea of ​​singing "Romagna Mia" for our pilgrimage group was a nice one.

Service: Quick, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Extras: The choice between inside and outside is a pleasant one; the spaces are well-organized. Staff: Kind, smiling, and very helpful. In short, a reliable place to enjoy Roman cuisine in a simple and satisfying way. One of those places worth keeping in your address book.

14/12/2025: The puntarelle and artichokes were very good. The first courses were a departure from the classic Roman first courses, truly well-made and flavorful. The wine we chose was Marsala, and we immediately swapped it for an excellent house wine.

The food was delicious (their homemade bread was phenomenal), the service was quick and impeccable, not to mention the courtesy and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back before Easter. 26/11/2025: Really delicious food! Loved the atmosphere of this charming restaurant. Quaint, and so cozy! It was recommended by a co-worker and friend, and did not disappoint. Loved the Eggplant, and the Pear Salad. Also, the Brushetta is so wonderful! The only thing I will add is the paying situation. Its difficult if you want to use your own debit or credit card for your bill. They are not thrilled about breaking up the bill, or separate checks. Not a big deal really. But, just something to know. But, overall, a wonderful gem in Roma!

07/12/2025: You can't miss this typical restaurant in Grottaferrata at least once. Despite having expanded from the original restaurant (hence the name), it has maintained the characteristic and quality of its locally sourced food over time. Alessandro, his sister, and all the other staff at this restaurant are professional and friendly. Their mixed antipasto is highly recommended. You'll have the opportunity to taste various dishes, including, but not limited to, tripe, beans with pork rind, prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, fresh ricotta with truffle, and more. If you don't like some of the appetizers, no problem; they'll bring you something else based on availability. Fabulous first courses, homemade pasta with a variety of sauces. Various meat-based second courses, grilled and otherwise. A selection of reasonably priced wines. Desserts, always locally sourced or homemade, are excellent. We'll definitely return.
