10/01/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant in Rome with my family, intrigued by the name Saltimbocca because I really wanted to try one... and I have to say, it didn't disappoint 😄 The first thing that struck us was the staff's incredible kindness, especially towards our son: for me, it was a great calling card. We had a truly delicious and fragrant pinsa margherita. The cacio e pepe was fantastic, so much so that I even mopped up the bread with it! The saltimbocca was simply the best. The restaurant also has some outdoor seating. Inside, it's quite spacious, although perhaps there are a few too many tables, which slightly limits the amount of space available. My only small disappointment: I didn't get to try dessert because the one I wanted was sold out. Prices are normal. The bathroom is accessible via stairs. Highly recommended 👍

08/01/2026: Everyone was so friendly. They offered me cherry wine at the end. It wasn't anything special, but it felt good. I stopped by on my way back from a long Vatican tour. There were quite a few Asians, but I saw a lot of Westerners eating there too, so it seemed like a pretty good restaurant. I'd failed at vongole twice at other restaurants, so I tried it again near the end of my trip and it was fine. (Carbona tastes different in Korea, but vongole doesn't seem to taste the same, lol.) I ordered two pastas, so I also had thinly sliced ​​steak as a side dish, which was delicious. I didn't get to try the stew that everyone else was ordering, but it's not worth traveling far for, and it's worth stopping by if you're nearby. I always get wine by the glass recommendations at restaurants, and I was delighted to find the red wine that best suits my taste. (Sigh)

21/03/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch today for the first time because a friend of mine knew they served dishes from Basilicata. We enjoyed the food, the table service, and the hospitality. Even though it was busy, we could talk without shouting, which certainly made our lunch a peaceful experience. Thanks to Mr. Nino, who is always there to check with the tables to make sure everything is okay.

24/02/2026: Always a great place to eat. The dishes are all made with top-quality ingredients. The service, however, is a bit of a mixed bag, not so much in terms of efficiency as in its complete detachment and lack of empathy. There was a problem with a dish for which the menu didn't mention a specific allergen, which unfortunately caused me some discomfort. When I asked for an explanation, the wait staff responded superficially, showing no real interest in my concerns. To my disappointment, the chef also showed no genuine interest. The dish was included in the bill, and there was no sign of displeasure, much less an apology. This time, the experience was disappointing. I will definitely return, hoping it was just a bad day.

05/03/2026: After a long wait, I finally managed to book a lunch reservation. Luckily, the place is always busy. The quality of the dishes was top-notch, the service excellent, but: the tagliata, although tender, was tasteless (I was used to other flavors at this place). A 375 cl Cesanese red wine for €11 wasn't bad. To say that the Cream Caramel is the same as Crema Catalana is an exaggeration. Finally, the price: two first courses, two meat-based second courses, two side dishes, wine, dessert, and coffee totaled €131.50. Perhaps a bit steep, but they say you pay for quality, so I'll try to return and see if I can get better luck.

03/04/2026: This was my first time at this very cute and informal little place... Perfect for spending some time with friends... A little time, but rightfully so, since it's small, you have to give yourself the opportunity to eat fairly quickly and leave. Reasonable prices, but it's a shame there's no dedicated parking... Maybe try it with a few people.

04/04/2026: Today we ordered a funghi pizza and ravioli ricotta spinati with two Beers. We enjoyed the crispy Pizza and the ravioli in the tasty tomato sauce. At the end er had a soft and delicious homemade tiramisu there is nothing to complain about.

09/03/2026: First night in Rome and this was our first restaurant. What a disappointment. If you want a nice silky sauce for your noodles this isn't it. We literally had pieces of cooked eggs in our carbonara. Way to eggy! Dont get carbonara here get their specialty dish the #1 that dish did look way yummier and not chunks of eggs in your carbonara 😂
