20/07/2025: Cibo di pessima qualità, servizio discutibile e ovviamente pos non funzionante. Per quanto riguarda il cibo mentre il mix di fritti e bruschette con pomodoro erano accettabili, non si può dire altrettanto della pizza che sembrava surgelata, sia per l'impasto che per i condimenti (la margherita era acidula, forse per colpa del sugo o per colpa della mozzarella che sapeva di formaggio). Il servizio lascia a desiderare per atteggiamento scortese, menù non presente, è stata anche ordinata una pizza con patate e salsiccia "fuori menù" ma poi è arrivata con patate e wrustel. Tralasciamo poi il pagamento in contanti che ha del ridicolo. Il locale è alla pari di un ristorante italiano all'estero di quelli in cui si sconsiglia a tutti di andare

10/09/2025: It was a pleasant surprise. A 60-year-old restaurant that maintains a simple, classic decor and doesn't leap to pretension. I appreciated the fact that it didn't try to be a clone of so many others. It focuses on good food, and I loved that. The appetizers, like the reinterpretation of the '80s scampi cocktail, were delicious and varied. The breast baked in the oven melted in your mouth and was exquisite, as was the fillet Wellington. The courteous waiter and delightful owner did the rest. It was a wonderful evening with friends.

01/09/2025: Yes, it's beautiful, delicious, and pleasant. In fact, the staff is very attentive, and the ingredients are very good. I honestly don't know what I was missing. In fact, they even offered us a digestive and lots of smiles. I'll have to go back to find out more, but the place is worth the trip ❤️

08/08/2025: The location is truly beautiful. The places to eat or have an aperitif are truly overpriced. With an aperitif, you don't even need two chips or peanuts.

07/07/2025: I expected more stalls with books and interesting things, instead I only found the usual things to eat that you eat in the common pubs, and stalls with objects that you can buy for much less in the markets.... Then walking along the Tiber an unpleasant smell of sewers. Disappointing...not to mention the buses that skip trips and the metro with rude people, sleepers on the seats occupying 4 or five, homeless people, and at the stops no type of control by the armed forces. Practically anything can happen and no one sees anything.

17/08/2025: We had booked online in early July 2025 for Saturday, August 16th, at 9:00 PM. Just to be safe, I also called the restaurant and the reservation was confirmed. The surprise came that same evening: the restaurant was closed. I received no notice of the closure, and we had to make do with dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. Only then did we learn, from local restaurateurs, that there was a fee to hold the reservation, something we hadn't been informed of previously.

17/08/2025: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. While we were seated promptly, we were entirely neglected thereafter. We waited at least 30 minutes without anyone approaching our table, not even to provide menus—ultimately, we had to take menus from a nearby table ourselves. Even after deciding what to order, we still received no service after a total of 45 minutes so we left and went elsewhere. During this time, I observed only three other tables in the restaurant, all of which were being served. 2 tables had to ask where there food was or that something was forgotten and it was not busy at all. Given that I have a visible cross tattoo on the back of my neck as an expression of my Christian faith, I cannot help but feel that this may have been the reason we were ignored. In short, if you are willing to wait over an hour simply to be acknowledged, and risk experiencing discrimination based on your religious identity, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

06/09/2025: Unqualified staff. The lady brought the plates with her thumb in the food, the bottle of still water had the cap already open in the fridge, visible and served. There was a large hair in the supplì plate; when I asked for a change, they brought me the same supplì, only removing the hair. Three first courses on the menu were unavailable, the same for the second course. Not to mention the cleanliness of the bathroom downstairs, which smelled bad next to a cupboard under the stairs where the pizza chef was baking pizzas among wine boxes piled everywhere, even on the already set tables. The tablecloth was stained and slippery from dust, and the glasses upside down on the table smelled bad.

04/09/2025: A trattoria-style place from days gone by. On two separate occasions, I've had the opportunity to try their cacio e pepe and one of their main courses with sides. Everything was excellent, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The dining room makes you feel right at home.

19/08/2025: Excellent, exceptional staff, food, and atmosphere. Everything was perfect. We'll be back. A place in the center of Rome, away from the tourists. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks to all the staff, including the chefs.

17/08/2025: I got Busiate pasta as someone recommended before. Nice fresh pasta but I'm not crazy about zucchini. Average dish. Good restaurant overall.

06/09/2025: There was an unexpected €4 item on the bill (out of a total of €15) that we didn't order - bread. It was brought by a waitress who didn't mention that it was charged.

05/09/2025: One of the best pasta dishes you can try at Eoma, without a doubt. Phenomenal value for money, the dishes were plenty full.

06/07/2025: Finally a place that really deserves it. Quiet, without too many frills. Sunday lunch, peppered mussels very good and abundant, mussels cleaned very well. Spaghetti allo scoglio also very good and with lots of fish. It is a pleasure sometimes to discover these places a little more inland compared to the beach resorts on the sea, where sad to say very often you are disappointed either by the quality or the price. Thanks to the managers for their kindness.

17/07/2025: The staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was very basic. The good thing was the value for money: €25 for two first courses (gricia), water, service charge, coffee, and two panzanella appetizers. Otherwise, the gricia wasn't great. There wasn't the classic creamy sauce made with pecorino cheese. I wouldn't go back.

11/09/2025: Here you can get excellent Italian home cooking at a super affordable price. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The price/performance ratio is simply unbeatable.

29/08/2025: We went for lunch today, spaghetti with clams without flavor with 3 clams placed on top and in fact they remained on the plate as they were brought, passable appetizers, then we order calamari with Catalana, I ask specifically what it is and they tell me CLASSIC CATALANA with calamari, I get calamari yes but with radicchio and taggiasca. We complained to the waiter and then to the cashier but the beauty is that the owner during the whole lunch and when they were arguing at the cashier never deigned to get up to understand what had happened, he was the whole time with his head bowed on the smartphone, in administration they deducted the famous "Catalana" but with a lot of anger and reticence. It is really not worthy of the service it offered years ago, very poor in terms of quality of food and indifference of the owner. Never again

28/08/2025: The views here are absolutely stunning—make sure to check out the rooftop garden, it’s beautiful and adds so much to the overall experience. The pasta was truly outstanding, probably the best I’ve had: perfectly cooked with that ideal texture—not mushy, but soft and firm at the same time. The sauce was simple yet full of flavor, proving that sometimes less is more. The starters were also really enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend ordering both the pasta and appetizers if you come here. The steak, while tasty and well-prepared, wasn’t as spicy as we would have liked. That’s the only reason I took off one star. Still, the flavors were there, and overall the experience was excellent. I’d happily come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for good food with amazing views.
