Pinsa e Buoi Dei... In Roma

Very good traditional Roman dishes. There are both external and internal tables, also suitable for large groups. Super helpful staff.

Probably the best ravioli with truffles I've ever had 🤗 The service wasn't particularly friendly or accommodating, but it was quick and it was worth coming for the good food.

Friendly staff and pleasant environment. The dishes in general were good but a little heavy for my taste. The Roman artichoke was in 3 inches of oil and the carbonara was also very rich and too tasty.

I had cacio e pepe at about four places this week and this was the best…and so was the caprese salad. Everything about it was perfect.

I recommend this place!! I had the honor and pleasure of spending time with you... very nice place... intimate... not to mention the quality and fabulous dishes... ❤️ (I got to do an encore first 😂) 1 course Cacio & pepe rated 10... 2nd dish I trusted and had you do it... and here comes a fabulous dish with "secret and truffle" at the table... rated 10+ ❤️ As you have well understood, I am a woman who gives satisfaction at the table 😂 not to mention the bottle of wine... rating 10 🍷🤫 Congratulations also to the staff... friendly and professional... Cozy environment and if you happen to have to eat outside, don't worry because everything is heated and you will feel great. Pinza, supplì, croutons, artichokes. All delicious and all served with the utmost courtesy and with a smile first.

vengo almeno una volta al mese secondo me è tutto ottimo!il mio piatto preferito sono i ravioli del pinsa e buoi che ahimè forse metteranno in pausa nel prossimo menu dato che lo cambiano ogni sei mesi!il menu’ e’ molto ricco proponendo primi e secondi sia di carne che di pesce che pizzeria!porzioni nella media.locale carino,servizio nella media prezzi leggermente alti ma giustificati dalla qualità del prodotto!

Sono già stato un'altra volta gustando la pinsa che è sicuramente buona. Non posso però dare il massimo perché il prezzo a mio parere è un po' troppo oltre la media. Per un antipasto diviso, 2 pinse normali, una birra, un'acqua e un amaro, 64 euro, 32 euro a testa. Rispetto per il lavoro altrui e la qualità dei prodotti ma forse sono prezzi per quando vengono messe promozioni. Comunque lo consiglio

Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti su roma che dire tutto buono questa sera abbiamo provato anche i funghi fuori menu sia arrosto che nella fettuccina ottimi e abbondanti nel condimento.servizio cortese e celere,prezzo adeguato a ciò che viene offerto e alla location adatta per diverse circostanze sia in famiglia che tra amici che in coppia!spero che continuino così perché è il top!

Qui ho mangiato un'ottima pinsa tipica romana, ho provato anche il suply veramente buono. I miei complimenti anche per la cortesia dello staf.
