29/07/2024: Best pasta since the start of our stay in Italy. Fettucini with black garlic and pistachio. A real delight! We shared the dish and the cook prepared two lovely small individual portions. Thank you 😍🇮🇹♥️

19/08/2024: Purtroppo questo ristorante non ci è piaciuto per vari motivi. -Eravamo 4 e ci hanno condotto a un tavolo apparecchiato per 3 dove mancava la quarta sedia, e uno di noi ha dovuto aspettare in piedi che qualcuno si accorgesse del problema -I fiori di zucca ordinati come antipasto sono arrivati freddi e gommosi, come fossero vecchi, e lo stesso è valso per le patatine fritte -La carbonara peggiore che io abbia mangiato, ho lasciato più di metà pasta nel piatto e quella che ho mangiato l’ho mangiata esclusivamente per fame. È andata meglio a chi ha ordinato i saltimbocca che erano almeno commestibili -Servizio discutibile, lenti e imprecisi: da non confondere il servizio alla buona e famigliare tanto gradevole con la superficialità dello staff di questo locale! -Dolce offerto da loro, una fettina di una torta non buona che palesemente andava finita Non ci tornerò e nemmeno lo consiglio

09/08/2024: Perfect food, impeccable service, abundant tasting menu! We left super full!! The only "flaw" (if you can call it that) is that the restaurant is located on the -1 floor of a hotel. They made everything wonderful with a truly soft and romantic setting ☺️ taking nothing away from the cuisine and the magnificent staff

05/07/2024: In Piazza San Giovanni, praticamente di fianco alla Basilica e a due passi dalla Metro San Giovanni, Cannavota è stata una vera scoperta. Cercavo un ristorante che proponesse cucina tipica romana di qualità e l'ho trovato. Visitato a pranzo il 5 luglio abbiamo subito prenotato anche per la sera . Una carbonara spettacolare con guanciale croccante al punto giusto, altri primi buonissimi. Ottimi anche i secondi. Il locale è la tipica osteria romana. I titolari cortesi e competenti. I prezzi onesti.

02/07/2024: A treasure in the heart of Rome. We’ve eaten here 3 times over the last two trips and loved all 3 meals. Bonus was they were able to accommodate my gluten-free needs! We will be back the next time we come to Rome!
