06/05/2026: Restaurant very close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The food is quite good. We've eaten there a couple of nights and I found the price reasonable.

03/05/2026: Stopped here for lunch, friendly place, food was very good and reasonably priced, house wine at 13 Euro for a litre. Not filled with tourists (except us!).

02/05/2026: What a great suburban Trastevere find. A family owned restaurant since 1945, still operated by the entire family and in-laws. A well run, well priced Italian eatery that serves zambslione. A rarity in Australia today and worth going to this restaurant for, if nothing else!

09/03/2026: Roman dishes deserve applause, but there's no Lazio wine list, even a minimal one. Not everyone appreciates stornellate 🎸, especially since people gather at the table to eat and talk.

10/06/2026: It's a shame, because the place is nice. The only downside is that they charged us €2 per person for the cake cutting + €2 cover charge without notifying us in advance. It would have been enough to tell us this at the beginning and we would have made our decision accordingly. The lack of communication is the best thing. --- Thanks for your reply. The low rating is due to the fact that the cost of the cake cutting was not communicated beforehand. Had I known the price in advance, I would have made different choices. Otherwise, I have no complaints. --

09/06/2026: The price of the coffee on the menu was €1.50, and the price on the bill was €4. It left a bad taste in the mouth. I don't recommend it.

31/05/2026: On Saturday evening, we went to dinner at this restaurant located in Rome, on the upper slopes of Monte Mario. It's a nice place, the dishes are well-presented and well-made, the staff are friendly, and the quality/price ratio is average.

12/06/2026: A restaurant with excellent quality meat, available to choose directly at the counter. All dishes are generally good, from appetizers to desserts. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The wait times are reasonable. Highly recommended.

14/05/2026: Food is fine the serving size is very small compared to other restaurants that we ate at in Rome for slightly less money. Service was barely OK. Had to wait for a reservation so we waited 30 minutes for the exact table that was empty and the the restaurant was not remotely full. Weird! I would not run back.

09/06/2026: I had dinner at this trattoria just last night (June 2026). The food was excellent: pecorino cheese appetizer with honey and walnuts, carbonara with artichokes, sautéed chicory, and a panna cotta, just to name a few, as the portions were so generous. The service was courteous and quick, despite almost all the tables being occupied, and the price was fair. I was truly satisfied; it's also located in a lovely little square, and I was lucky enough to be seated outside; it was lovely.

17/05/2026: A quaint, charming restaurant near Ponte Milvio. Well-prepared traditional Roman dishes, a casual and pleasant atmosphere, and fast, friendly, and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.

17/05/2026: It's the history of the neighborhood! Shallow Roman pizza, delicious, and truly unique! Every time we get it for takeout or eat it in the restaurant, it takes us back to the good old days. The wonderful thing about this place is that it truly reminds us of a classic, historic pizzeria, and that's part of the beauty and positivity of eating there! - Exceptional fried food! - Very fair prices, which makes eating out even more worthwhile these days. Highly recommended.

11/05/2026: We celebrated our mother's birthday at this pizzeria, which has been a neighborhood staple for years. On Sunday, the place was packed and very noisy, but that's understandable, especially in a place frequented by families and groups of friends. The food was good: classic Roman pizza, perhaps not particularly crispy, but well-topped and enjoyable. The fried foods, however, seemed less impressive than the pizzas. What I least appreciated was the service, which was rather inattentive throughout the evening. We asked for water, a Coke, and a half-liter of wine when the drinks were finished, but they arrived after about 15 minutes. The pizzas arrived after 35-40 minutes, all except mine, a simple Cosacca. I waited, thinking it would be in the next batch, but pizzas kept arriving at other tables while I was left without dinner, without anyone noticing. I mentioned this to the waiter, who said he would check and, if necessary, have it remade. At that point, however, I preferred to remove it from the bill, because by then I would have eaten alone while the others had already finished. In the end, for a table of six, including appetizers and pizzas, we stayed from 8:15 PM to 10:45 PM, and I didn't even get to eat. I completely understand that some evenings can be particularly crowded, especially in such a well-known and popular venue. For this very reason, however, I believe that a little more attention to the tables would really make a difference and greatly improve the overall experience.
