02/06/2025: Simply a dream! The I Tre Fratelli restaurant is a true pearl in the heart of Rome. From the first moment you can feel a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, thanks to impeccable service and extremely kind and attentive waiters. The cleanliness is something that immediately strikes you: everything is not only clean, but excellently clean, from the tables to the bathrooms, a detail that really makes the difference. The food is fantastic. Tasty, abundant dishes prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Each course is a feast for the palate. The wine is also excellent and always served at the right temperature. The prices are perfect, absolutely honest compared to the quality and quantity of the portions. A rare balance to find. In short: everything is perfect. A restaurant where you will gladly return and that you will hardly forget. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: An old Roman trattoria that offers traditional dishes cooked in a very homemade way with a unique taste that captivates you. Having initially chosen a plate of bucatini all'amatriciana and a plate of bucatini alla gricia, given the goodness of both dishes, we couldn't resist ordering, to the waiter's amazement, also some mezze sleeves carbonara. The latter also turned out to be absolutely delicious, confirming the excellent opinion we have of this place. Top cuisine!!!

07/06/2025: Un amico ci ha consigliato di andare al Ristorante Consolini e non siamo rimasti delusi. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande sul menu. Il piatto tradizionale di antipasti era assolutamente squisito, e i primi erano eccellenti. Avrei preferito che ci fosse spazio per il dessert. Abbiamo pranzato benissimo e sono sicuro che la cena in terrazza sarebbe stata altrettanto speciale.

02/06/2025: Inizio dal parcheggio riservato, che in quella zona di Roma è assolutamente una risorsa, le sale terrazzate, i camerieri sempre cordiali ed efficienti, l’atmosfera piacevole, il cibo ottimo.. tutto ciò ha definito una bellissima esperienza! Consigliatissimo

07/06/2025: The reputation doesn't live up to it. The service was terrible. They don't have the patience or attention to help or suggest dishes. They seem to be doing you a favor in order to serve you. There is a contrast with the owners who do much more to please you. The wait staff is very bad. The food was reasonable. We ate at better places in Rome. I think it's worth doing some research.

04/06/2025: Last night we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We had two first courses (carbonara and cacio e pepe), half a liter of wine and a bottle of water. We spent €30. Generous portions, friendly service and clean place.

30/05/2025: It's been 20 years that I wanted to go to the swear word, I finally managed to go with my husband, my friends from Rome Mario and Nicoletta from Tivoli and everything as told, the words tell you but with a lot of elegance and sympathy

30/05/2025: We are a Ukrainian couple living here in Rome. We were here tonight for the first time. If you are not ready to laugh at yourself - don't go! Because here THEY WILL BREAK YOUR BRAIN! (obviously in a good way). Absolutely worth a try! The food is delicious, the staff is attentive and friendly (even following the specialty of the place which is swearing and jokes) Great guys, you are great. We didn't miss anything. The prices are 50 euros per person for the complete dinner with appetizer, tastings of first courses, mixed meat with side dishes, and dessert with abundant limoncello. We will be back 🫶🏻💪🏻

23/05/2025: Desde el momento en que llegamos el propietario nos dio una gran atención en todo, desde ayudar a elegir los vinos adecuados hasta explicar el menú. Este es un lugar tan pintoresco y muy auténtico tanto en el ambiente, la comida y la amabilidad del personal. No podríamos haber estado más satisfechos con nuestra elección de cómo pasar nuestra primera noche en Roma y celebrar nuestro aniversario.

30/04/2025: Mario y su personal nos recibieron como familia! El restaurante, que ofrece cocina local y está en el corazón de Roma, fue muy recomendable por nuestro hotel. Poco después de sentarnos, nuestro camarero llevó jamón curado a la mesa como regalo del chef... ¡una deliciosa manera de comenzar la comida! Mi esposo y yo pedimos la Zuppa di Stagione - una sopa con verduras de primavera y frijoles blancos - - fetichismo casero con hongos y pollo a la parrilla. Probamos el vino tinto de la casa, un maravilloso acompañamiento a estos platos. Mario y su personal se tomaron el tiempo para explicar el menú y adaptarse a nuestras restricciones dietéticas - - mi marido no come gluten o queso. El pan sin gluten era excelente, informó mi esposo. Nuestro maravilloso camarero también trajo biscotti porque no teníamos espacio para un postre completo. En resumen: Mario y su personal son de buen carácter y se esforzaron por hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida es realmente maravillosa y planeamos volver antes de salir de la ciudad eterna. Muy recomendable!

08/05/2025: Two years ago my cousin introduced me to it and since then it has become my obligatory stop when I want to eat excellent food in a quiet environment in the splendid setting of Monteporzio. Typical specialties of the Roman cuisine of the Castelli, but carbonara and carbonara with truffle stand out among them all, and anyone who doesn't taste them is committing a crime. Easy to reach and ample parking possibilities in the nearby yards (100 metres). External veranda for outdoor dining. Excellent wines, both white and red, at reasonable prices. For me it is the ideal place where soul and stomach find their harmony again. Low cost and a lot of courtesy from all the staff and in particular from Angelo, who is always ready to satisfy every request. Excellent in everything. Better to book

20/04/2025: Vado in questo ristorante da anni e non mi ha mai delusa. Trattoria di paese che fa ottima tipica cucina romana. La brace fatta sulla griglia del camino a vista è sempre di prima qualità, l’antipasto misto ricco e genuino, la pasta buona. L’ambiente è familiare e ti fanno sempre sentire a casa. Lo amo.

03/06/2025: The lady, very kind, told me the history of the place, and her father's passion for the horses that adorn the interior. Dinner with chicory, gricia and a glass of red. Quiet atmosphere, silent place immersed in a relaxing corner of the neighborhood.

26/05/2025: Beautiful space, delicious food, but service was too slow. I had one course, asked for the bill, 10 minutes later they still hadn’t brought it, another 10 minutes later and I was told it’s coming it’s coming. And then it finally showed up 5 minutes after that. I understand they’re busy but to wait such a long time just to leave is ridiculous, the waiter probably forgot I existed but still!

18/05/2025: Very nice and they called me a Taxi to take me to the airport. This is very nice gesture by a place that not only the was excellent but, the personal working is a 5 ⭐

08/05/2025: They are very rude. I wanted to have something to drink and they didn't let me have anything unless I asked for something to eat... I just wanted to have a drink of water and leave... and they told me no and in a bad way. I don't recommend it at all.

01/02/2025: What can I say, I was yesterday with 5 guys for dinner, a very nice and homely place, just the way I like it, the food is truly delicious, from the starter to the first course to the second course, very honest prices, I will definitely be back
