18/11/2025: We went with TheFork, the fettuccine with ragù was good, the appetizer was a bit poor for the price.!! But it amazes me that we paid for the service plus bread, 4 mini slices, €3 each, that is, €6 service for 2. Then you get a €6 discount on the total excluding water. Three euros for a cover charge in an osteria is absurd, especially since I had to look for a waiter to clear away the dirty plates... and no one came for the second course and we left hungry. I don't think I'll go back, also because TheFork is a rip-off. I paid the discount with the cover charge 😡

23/09/2025: The restaurant has a touristy feel. Unfortunately, I didn't find any quality in the dishes I ate. The mozzarella is the standard kind you find at the supermarket. The prosciutto is also of modest quality. Even the tiramisu reminded me of the one from the refrigerated section of the supermarket. It has that sweet flavor that doesn't let you taste the coffee. One of the worst tiramisu I've ever had in a restaurant. Fettuccine with tomato sauce was even too ordinary. No wow factor. The grilled meat was good. But perhaps it's better to get a Florentine steak, which is actually a half Florentine. And anyway, I've had much better meat at other restaurants. The moral of the story is that perhaps a tourist might enjoy it, but a more discerning customer might be disappointed. It's a shame because the restaurant is large inside and has a beautiful fireplace that should be better utilized with more types of meat.

22/09/2025: A historic restaurant in Tivoli. I went there for dinner with friends but wasn't very impressed, perhaps because I had fairly high expectations. I ordered the amatriciana, which, however, lacked character, although it's still a good dish. The mixed grilled meats were good, but not quite excellent. The quality-price ratio was average for this type of restaurant, perhaps just a little overpriced for the quality and quantity offered. It's definitely a reliable restaurant, but I expected something better.

11/12/2025: A family-friendly atmosphere where you can eat good Roman food. Try the fried anchovies. The desserts are delicious too! The owner is very friendly!

10/12/2025: We went for lunch after visiting the Colosseum and Palatine Forum. On the guide's recommendation, we went to this restaurant, ordered pasta and pizza, and they were delicious—some of the best tiramisu we had in the city.

The pizza Napoletana was amazing, thin crust and authentic Italian. We also had the pasta and was Al dente and perfect. The staff was very attentive and the price was fair, would recommend 100%

08/11/2025: A very charming restaurant located in the historic center of Frascati. The staff is welcoming and polite, the owner is very friendly, and Stefano, the waiter, is very pleasant. The food is good; I recommend the saltimbocca alla romana and the straccetti with arugula and parmesan shavings.

14/11/2025: Excellent dishes at fair prices; we went to the one in San Giovanni. Wide selection of wines. The supplì and artichokes alla giudia were truly excellent. We probably could have left out the maritozzo. The price includes a bottle of wine.

05/12/2025: Starting with the service, the lady talked the entire time (repeatedly) to the men at the table next to us, loudly and with her elbow practically in my boyfriend's face, as we were already very crowded. Poor quality appetizers, including octopus alla Luciana that tasted only of olives. Gnocchi with mussels and pecorino cheese were completely unrelated, and I practically didn't eat the mussels because they didn't look good at all. The chocolate cake for dessert, I think just visually, was the worst I've ever seen; it was whitish, and then completely raw (and no, it's not a matter of the warm center, but of the cooking). It might be okay for tourists.
