30/07/2024: Definitely a good Roman restaurant with a good price/quality ratio. "Underground" but pleasant location. Worth a try. P. S. Those who "love" eating with their smartphone should know that the signal is practically absent in the restaurant.

28/07/2024: We had dinner with my wife and our 3 children in this restaurant about which we can only express more than positive opinions. The best Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe eaten during this Roman holiday. Courteous and impeccable service. Well done everyone, it's a shame we were only there on the last day we were in the city but we will definitely be back the next time we stay in Rome

16/08/2024: Amazing street food!! A pizza sandwich filled with: chicken passatelli, meatballs with sauce, bagnapó, garofolato, coda alla vaccinare and many other flavours: the choice is really difficult! Even the suoplì are worthy of tasting! To eat, you can sit on the outside tables in the square and admire Ponte Milvio.

12/07/2024: Super great place. We went there after sunset and they were very quick to seat us. Super nice staff, especially our waiter Metalle(sorry about spelling). Great food, great time.

19/08/2024: Si chiama Fraschetta ma una volta letto il menù e provato alcune pietanze ci si rende subito conto che la qualità e la ricercatezza del cibo offerto è decisamente da ristorante. Una nota di merito va assolutamente assegnata allo Chef, ogni piatto esprime sapori di alto livello così come la presentazione. Servizio cordiale e attento a "raccontare" ogni piatto ordinato, compresa la provenienza delle materie prime. Focaccia superlativa, il pane sciapo(sicuramente di qualità) a mio avviso stride con i prodotti offerti. Menù Siciliano eccellente, e idem gli antipasti della tradizione romana, salumi e formaggi speciali. Astroparmigiana una delizia per le papille gustative.Dolci buonissimi. Costo adeguato e giusto. Unico consiglio che mi permetto di suggerire è: fare un insegna visibile e mettere un sottofondo musicale di tipo lounge/jazz. Il giardino è meraviglioso e all'interno c è un ottima insonorizzazione. Complimenti a Rod, l'amico a 4 zampe che è di un educazione unica. Continuate così... Tornerò sicuramente presto.

18/08/2024: Approvatissimo il menu degustazione a 34 euro a persona, sia per la qualità dei piatti che per la formula ( ogni portata è ben pensata e per il primo e per il secondo hai possibilità di scegliere tra 3 piatti). Ampio locale, personale cordiale. Consiglio di passarci perché ne vale la pena.

21/08/2024: Amazing restaurant!!!! Probably the best of my entire stay in Rome. Yes, a little more expensive than the previous tourist restaurants tried but it's well worth it, I had a great time!!! It’s a change from the eternal Italian carb pasta… I recommend it, just after visiting the Colosseum it’s perfect.

18/08/2024: We three had lunch here, and it was the best meal I have had in Italy in the last few weeks. The service was excellent, and fun, the beer very good (from Sardinia) and the pasta first rate. Enough, but not too much, Al dente, and great.

27/07/2024: Super delicious food and top service. The restaurant doesn't look like much during the day. The outdoor area looks very inconspicuous during the day. But the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30 p.m. and transforms from duckling to swan. I ate, among other things, the best ice cream of my life. And the summer truffles were to die for

20/07/2024: Our absolute favorite in Rome! We stumbled upon Tullio in 2005 and since then have been here at least once every year. The menu has changed a little, but several of the signature dishes have been there all along. The same applies to the waiters in their bright jackets. This is a restaurant that is obviously popular with Italians. We get the impression that there are many who return here, as we also do. We often eat simple starters such as delicious ham and melon, caprese or beef carpaccio. It fills a large plate and is topped with rocket salad and parmesan. Gorgeous. This time the choice fell on pasta with summer truffle. An absolutely fantastic dish with generous slices of truffle sprinkled over delicious pasta. In addition, we went for T-bone or Fiorentina, as it is called. The price is €10 per hectare. Ours was about one kilo and is just completely indescribable. The taste of both the meat and especially the roast crust is unique. They use a very hot grill and obviously have access to premium ingredients. The meat is very tender and melts in your mouth, even though the steak is quite high. This is highly recommended. Ristorante Tullio combines the best of Italian cuisine with meat, fish and pasta together with top service. The only thing we missed on the menu was the starter carciofi (artichokes) and spaghetti vongole, both of which have been favourites. Hope they come back on the menu for the next visit. See you 👍

17/08/2024: I have been coming here with my group of friends for over 20 years and they have kept the quality intact. Great food, jovial and festive atmosphere, typical of a 'fraschetta'.

È un posto che mi è piaciuto molto e ci torneremo! Davvero bravi gentili e insomma la prossima volta proverò le pizze! 😁
