25/03/2025: I have been going there for over 30 years and I have seen it grow and become the beautiful place it is today. The porchetta is excellent but also all the other dishes offered. They are fantastic, friendly, helpful and prepared. I would like to go there more often.

01/04/2025: Always a guarantee. Excellent traditional dishes and the other proposals are all of high quality. You absolutely have to order the vegetables present as side dishes. It may seem silly, but they are truly one of the strong points of the menu. We tried mustard, nettle, sage and the more classic chicory and we were amazed by the flavors. Very kind service, ready to recommend combinations and alternatives.

09/03/2025: Ambiente confusionale e servizio poco attento. Non mi hanno cambiato il piatto, nonostante la richiesta, e il bagno era sporco. Qualità del cibo nella norma, ma l'igiene e l'attenzione al cliente sicuramente da migliorare.

25/03/2025: We ate so well that we went back the next day too. Among the first courses, both the carbonara and the gricia are excellent, both cooked to perfection. Among the second courses, the cod and the saltimbocca left me really satisfied. A discovery were the Giudia artichokes, very tasty. The place is quiet, well looked after and welcoming. The value for money is also excellent. Finally, I found a lot of courtesy and helpfulness.

31/03/2025: Passing by, we stopped for lunch and, even though we didn't have a reservation, they immediately seated us. The place isn't very big and the space between the tables is rather small. Our table was in a corner, next to a group of young people whose every conversation we could hear, something we would have gladly avoided. The mixed cheese appetizer was decent. We ordered two first courses: the cacio e pepe was nice, but the homemade tagliatelle was overcooked and therefore inedible. The prices are a bit high. Honestly, I don't think I would go back.

02/03/2025: This tavern really surprised us! The quantity of food is perfect and the quality is of a high standard. Excellent quality traditional cuisine. The location is characteristic and welcoming, with plenty of space between the tables, which are large and spacious. Note on the service: quick, professional and very courteous. Private parking is available in via Orlando Bernardi, at the back of the restaurant. Highly recommended!!!👌

29/03/2025: A wonderful family-run hostaria. The food is absolutely delicious! For the appetizer, we had grilled vegetables, which were excellent. For the main course, we had cannelloni with spinach and sea bream fillet—perfectly served with chard and potatoes on top. What we really liked is that it’s an intimate place for dinner, without music (which is common in most restaurants). Italians appreciate peace, conversation, and privacy. The hosts are incredibly kind, and the entire hostaria exudes tradition. The food is top-notch, portions are generous, and most importantly, there’s no crowd. I believe reservations are necessary if you want to dine like the Italians after 9 PM, but before that, you can likely get a table without one.

06/04/2025: Se ci fossero 8 stelle le avrei messe tutte anche in quel caso. Posto elegantissimo, personale gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile anche per una breve chiacchierata conviviale e di condivisione. Pulizia dei tavoli veloce e precisa, davvero mai vista tanta efficienza. CIBO SPETTACOLARE è stata un’esperienza culinaria fantastica, dal giapponese al messicano, dal texano alla cucina italiana, tutto veramente buonissimo non c’è stato un minimo di titubanza. La pulizia e l’ordine ne fanno da padrona, tavoli spaziosi. Poi alla fine, bancone dolcì, che dire, uno più buono dell’altro ci sanno fare anche con i pasticciotti….. 😉 torta al pistacchio sublime, ricotta per cannoli gustosissima. Non ho fatto delle foto, ero troppo e davvero impegnato a godermi la cena. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, forse nella seconda occasione le farò. Esperienza assolutamente da fare. P.S. conviene prenotare, anche se è vi è un’ampia zona parcheggio, ha tantissimi clienti. Guardate bene prima il sito per le info.

03/03/2025: Tonight I had dinner with my wife and we found the real trattoria the way we like it: tradition mixed with authenticity and frankness. Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe truly delicious. I had read the latest negative reviews, but it was clear that they were written deliberately only to negatively affect the place. If there is a chance we will definitely return. Absolutely recommended

02/03/2025: Trattoria found by chance with a terrible classic appetizer of cold cuts and bruschetta, added without our will (placed as per the obligation of the house), we move on to the second course the famous fettuccine amatriciana and white ragù homemade but badly made, hard and chewy, we move on to grilled/boiled steak practically with a side dish of poor quality new potatoes sautéed in the pan/we pay a good 112 euros I totally do not recommend this place.

04/04/2025: Prenotato ore 20.00 con una coppia di amici sperando di poter fare quattro chiacchiere in tranquillità ma questo non è accaduto perché ci siamo ritrovati insieme ad un gruppo di lettoni(?) caciaroni (erano per lo meno una trentina) disposti su più tavoli dove con tanto di microfono hanno intrattenuto l’ intera sala, fra l’altro una ragazza lettone ci ha chiesto di fare silenzio… io non capisco perché ci hanno messo in questa sala dove l’unica nostra soluzione è stata di scappare velocemente ma mi domando se siamo clienti di serie B. Cibo buono nella norma ma non degustato con piacere.
