30/11/2025: I hate to leave a negative review, but as a chef, I have to give a negative review of the amatriciana, which had an aftertaste of ready-made sauce. You couldn't taste the ingredients in the sauce, just the flavor of preservatives. This was obviously the opinion of all nine people at my table. We also had some tiramisu, and mine tasted sour. Poorly preserved? Nothing to complain about the very good carbonara and the appetizers. A fraschetta d'Ariccia is a must-try with the amatriciana, a typical dish of our flavors.
28/11/2025: It was good but not very good, the pasta had an excellent flavour but the carbonara didn't have a creamy egg and the amstriciana didn't have much sauce.

06/12/2025: Mousa was excellent! I had the pleasure of meeting him tonight and ordering pasta with lobster. I also ordered a wine and he gave me his best recommendation. Absolutely love the wine for dessert. I had a gelato mixed with raspberries. The taste is out of this world. The service here is unbelievable. Thank you Mousa

The fried boiled meatballs were also truly excellent.
Quiet and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Wide selection of wines and a concise menu, much appreciated.
Aside from the exception of them forgetting our platter for half an hour, the service was prompt and courteous.
The dishes were delicious; I had the roast and my companion the gricia. We were both very satisfied.
Slightly overpriced, but that's okay in Rome, and at least you eat really well.
(A platter for two, a first course, a second course, inexpensive wine, water, and two liqueurs, €100.)
I recommend it if you're looking for something quality in the area and something cozy and private.

16/12/2025: The restaurant is very clean, well-decorated, and well-maintained. Before commenting on the food, I should point out that I have food intolerances, which often leads to poor service, if not complete disregard, in many places. This was definitely not the case here. I was part of a group of 50 with a pre-booked set menu, but they were very attentive and kind, preparing dishes that were suitable for my dietary needs and of the highest quality. All this service was carried out very quickly and with the utmost attention to detail.
My sincere compliments to the owners and all their staff.
15/12/2025: Close to the Basilica, within walking distance, but not too close to the tourist crowds. Very traditional, excellent service and great value for money.

From appetizer to dessert. The only flaw is that the menu is spoken and not on paper, so you don't know the prices until you ask for the bill.
But in the end, we paid €30 each for an appetizer, handmade tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, and dessert.
Long live home cooking! I highly recommend it!
