Ordered a Montepulciano... they open a Chianti and leave it on the table. We asked for explanations, but they simply replied that they hadn't found the wine we wanted (maybe asking us for an alternative would have been nice). Average food, nice place, but I wouldn't go back. Price too high for the quality of the food in my opinion.

Tasteless pesto pasta, 3 miserable meatballs and a dessert, cherry and ricotta tart with a mini slice. As for the atmosphere, 3 musicians are just there to ask for a little money. The service is too fast. It's just a restaurant for tourists, not very fussy. Go your way, it's best.

We ate here twice in the evening and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was super relaxed. There were some tourists, but also Italians. There are several rooms plus another floor and also an outdoor area. We never made a reservation and were therefore never treated unfriendly (which has sometimes happened to us in other restaurants). There was live music every time. Song requests cost something, but that is obvious. You can also listen to the music without any desire of your own. We had carbonarra and various salads, all of which were very tasty and recommended. In my opinion, this was the tastiest carbonarra in Rome. Both times we had to ask for oil and spices and received them immediately. There is a service fee per person (2€) which surprised us at first, but we have seen it in many places and ultimately directly clarifies the question of “how much is usual to tip”. This information could be found on the menu. The bread also costs extra. That was the only thing that really bothered me. It was stated on the menu, but I would have liked to know straight away. In general we had two very nice evenings here and would come again.

il locale in trastevere ha una lunga storia e parecchie traversie . tipica trattoria romanesca con i camerieri vestiti in stile . tantissimi oggetti appesi al soffitto e alle pareti . simpatica la compagnia dei suonatori . peccato che la cucina non sia all'altezza . amatriciana di solo pomodoro , cacio e pepe tiepida , tagliata bruciacchiata , carciofi troppo fritti e secchi . buon servizio . prezzo 45 euro a persona . bagno abbastanza pulito .

Troppo Troppo turistico, non è più quello di una volta. Funziona, nulla da dire....ma l'atmosfera no.
