08/06/2025: Excellent Roman cuisine, a nice discovery, generous portions, excellent value for money, shame I was passing through Rome, I would have definitely tried their other dishes, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!

04/06/2025: The BEST carbonara I have ever had in my life. We have been regulars here now since getting to Roma on Monday (it’s now Wednesday). They have so many options, the staff is knowledgeable and so kind — especially Aurelia who made sure to note our food as gluten free (we both have celiac disease) and provided so much kindness! If you have celiac disease and/or are gluten free (senze gluten) you need to try this place, you truly will not regret it!

04/06/2025: Love this spot!! An absolute favorite and regular go-to for us in town/Rome. Our gluten free meal was fantastic and so flavorful. Service is always wonderful and Aurelia, our server, was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. Highly highly recommend coming here, 12/10!!

24/05/2025: If you want delicious pasta, come here. We came for lunch w no reservations we were seated right away. The bread they brought was amazing, the artichokes were also very good. The prices were also fair. Three pasta dishes, 1 appetizer, 1 L of wine, and 2 bottles of water for 68 Euros.

10/05/2025: We were in Rome for the tennis internationals and had dinner 2 evenings in a row in this restaurant. On the first evening we both literally "devoured" the spaghetti carbonara, a starter of cured meats and 2 desserts, a tart and a trifle. What can I say... everything was really good in a family atmosphere but still sophisticated and classy compared to all the other places we saw in the Trastevere area. The second evening tonnarelli cacio e pepe with shrimp and courgettes (delicious) Fisherman's risotto (excellent) and beef steak with baked potatoes (meat cooked rare, on specific request, of excellent quality), tiramisu and limoncello cake. Absolutely honest prices compared to the quality of the food and the service (if we then compare them to the prices of Milan...) I absolutely recommend stopping by Ripa 12 to taste the most typical foods of Roman cuisine (carbonara, anatriciana, Coda alla Vaccinara, lamb, cacio e pepe...etc) in an excellent, quiet atmosphere and with friendly staff.

18/05/2025: A place that I would recommend both for the traditional Roman cuisine menu and for the friendly and helpful staff. They let us have dinner on a Friday night at 11:30 pm without any problems while the nearby restaurants were closing.

17/05/2025: A great place with excellent service. We ate on the terrace without a reservation. We tried the eggplant, the carbonara pasta, and the Roman-style tripe. Everything was delicious. The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious. We left feeling super full, and I think it was cheap for what we got. You can order house wine in bulk, for example, half a liter or a liter. Highly recommended.

30/05/2025: One of the best in Testaccio, although the carbonara seemed a bit bland to me. The side dishes are mostly made of sautéed wild herbs and are all excellent. Good choice of natural wines :) Altinini prices

27/05/2025: Lots of unique options that are still traditional Roman cuisine! If you want to eat well at a good price in a relaxed environment but are a bit tired of only ever having amatriciana and carbonara to choose from I can’t recommend this place enough. Plenty of veggie/vegan options as well. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with any modifications

21/07/2024: I went to this place with friends who knew it. The owner is very kind and attentive, as are the rest of the staff. I tasted several dishes and I can say that they were all really good and very well presented. I'm sure I'll be back to try other dishes! I would also like to add that some of the dishes mentioned below are not there, as they are part of the winter menu but have been replaced by other dishes in line with the season. Congratulations to all of you.

17/05/2025: I visited this restaurant with my family during our trip to Italy last week, and we chose it based on its great Google reviews — and it didn’t disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pizza. It had a distinct, authentic flavor that’s quite different from what we’re used to in the US — in the best way! Customer service was okay, nothing extraordinary but decent enough to enjoy the meal comfortably. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a spot with truly tasty food while in Italy!

13/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, well-kept, quick to serve, outdoor veranda with a few tables, large indoor hall, we took first courses, second courses and dessert. Right portions, standard price for first courses around €11 and up. I recommend the house tiramisu.

10/05/2025: Rude and not at all professional, especially the short girl at the checkout: really rude. I don't understand how they can put certain people in contact with customers. You need to choose those who know how to treat customers and solve their problems. Without customers there are no salaries! The food then... rubbish! Not even an animal would eat it: black, dull, and you can see that the oil hasn't been changed for an eternity. First and last time I set foot in this place
