The food was top-notch, and all of this, combined with the kindness and professionalism of the waiters and the skill of the vocalist and DJ, made what was already a special day even more memorable. 04/10/2025: Fantastic 😊 My Italian in-laws from Naples were absolutely thrilled with the Spigiola and Pasta Vongole. My Pasta Genovese was also absolutely top-notch, and the setting right on the beach was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

You don't come here to rediscover the comforting dishes of Campania's tradition, nor for a more or less creative reinterpretation: Giuseppe Molaro's project is a clear, personal choice, aiming to lead guests on a journey of ideas, technique, and sensitivity. The format is clear from the start: you choose the tasting menu (10, 12, or 14 courses—Kaze, Nami, Omakase) and trust the chef completely. It's a way of eating that requires a willingness to listen and curiosity, but it rewards you with an experience that will last a lifetime. There's little point in dwelling on a single dish: what matters is the journey as a whole, the logical thread that ties the courses together, the sensations that accumulate over the course of the evening. And that's precisely why the experience, overall, is truly worth the trip. Molaro's work clearly demonstrates study, passion, and a strong desire to share his own personal story. He's a young chef, but evidently mature: there's technique, there's research, but above all, there's a vision that doesn't seek effect at all costs, but rather coherence and depth. Nancy, the dining room manager, makes a decisive contribution to making the experience even more enjoyable. The welcome is warm, spontaneous, never formal, and she manages to be present during service without being intrusive. Furthermore, as a sommelier, she guides the experience with expertise and simplicity, describing the wines and the cellar with clarity and passion, without ever weighing down the moment. The intimate and well-maintained spaces are designed to put you at ease: they're not large, but they're tidy, clean, and consistent with the concept of a restaurant where the focus must be on the dining experience. Ultimately, Contaminazioni is a place where you can feel a genuine project, crafted with professionalism, dedication, and courage. A restaurant that doesn't try to please everyone, but manages to leave a mark on those willing to let themselves be guided. And today, that's by no means a given.

I chose this place to celebrate my son's First Communion, and I did so blindly, without ever having eaten there before, only after meeting the owner and his family, a very young chef who gave me the impression of being knowledgeable and passionate... I took a risk and I hit the jackpot; I couldn't have chosen a better place. A menu of the freshest and most refined seafood, impeccable table service and attention to detail, thanks to his sister Marta. I've received compliments from everyone, and their stuffed gnocchi are spectacular. I'd like to write much more, but it would take too long. The quality/price ratio is EXCELLENT. Many heartfelt thanks to Guido and his staff.

The pizza is always delicious and the prices are fair. The Parmigiana and Fiocco pizzas are delicious. On weekends, it's essential to book several days in advance to secure a table.

06/05/2026: We visited this place during Comicon, being annual exhibitors, so this wasn't the first time. These days, price increases make sense, but significantly reducing portions doesn't. At an osteria, you expect a more than adequate portion, but our first courses were meager enough to rival any gourmet restaurant in the north. The fritto misto consisted almost entirely of tasteless, chewy balls of fried dough, a mini croquette without cheese, a mini rice ball that was overcooked and without cured meats, and a mini frittata made with pasta that was overcooked even the rice. If you want to eat here, just order the pizzas.

25/05/2026: What can I say? The "Tasting without De" formula is a blast. I attended the latest event at Dialetti and was truly thrilled. Forget the usual boring, detached wine lessons, the ones where they just explain the scent of the undergrowth: here, you literally sit at the table with the winemaker. A unique conviviality immediately developed, it felt like dinner with old friends. We chatted, laughed, and, above all, we entered the world of the producer, understanding their choices, their history, and what it truly means to follow the rhythms and rules of nature. All of this, of course, accompanied by their natural cuisine dishes, which never disappoint and pair perfectly with whatever you're drinking.

25/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant in Naples for natural wine lovers! We were looking for a nice, authentic place after exploring the city, and we stumbled upon Dialetti. The menu is short, but everything is fresh and homemade. Special mention goes to the wine selection, which is truly excellent. It's not a budget option, but the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes make it worthwhile. The staff is very welcoming.
