17/03/2025: A place for connoisseurs. You will not find the usual Mexican/Spanish tourist cuisine, but typical traditional dishes cooked with the same local recipe. The owner (if you know how to take it is a very nice and prepared person) boasts a thirty -year experience of South American cuisine on the spot and does it out of passion. The menu is particular and the products are top quality. The paella (if you want to try his) you will have to book it and not on Saturday because he "only cooks fresh products and the original paella needs 3 hours of preparation". La Madrugada is a culinary experience and as mentioned above is for connoisseurs. The environment is quiet and very small (3/4 tables) so booking is mandatory. The prices are quite high but it can be worth it in terms of value for money. Update March 2025: I confirm that the quality of the place, the freshness of the products and the goodness of the cuisine requires a review of the organisation: in the place there is only the owner and the helper (who however only takes care of the kitchen) and it is the owner himself who manages the orders, table service and preparation of the dishes, this significantly slows down the arrival of the dishes resulting in you having to wait almost two hours to finally be able to taste the paiella. You can't do everything alone; A waiter is needed to manage the orders, especially when you have to explain the dishes on the menu and if you are alone it inevitably takes time away from preparing the dishes. So you are warned, you will eat well, but the wait will be long

28/02/2025: Pessimi! Ho ordinato lempizze da gloco. Sono arrivate dopo 1 ora ghiacciate! Ma la cosa peggiore è che 15 min prima dell'arrivo delle pizze avevo chiamato la pizzeria per capire quale fosse il problema ed una ragazza mi ha detto che stavano aspettando il rider e che le pizze non erano state ancora fatte. Dopo un quarto d'ora, precisamente alle 21.17 , le pizze stavano a casa. Ghiacciate. È evidente che non sono organizzati per le consegne, ma soprattutto mentono ai clienti

02/02/2025: excellent pizza, dough made to perfection with a mixture of highly digestible flours. the starters are good, even if they are the classics ritual. young and kind staff, small room, impractical on Saturday evenings. The waiting at the tables for orders needs to be improved due to the busy bakery for takeaway and delivery. the external solution is good with a closed veranda for additional available space.

28/02/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday here, and I would do it again!!! Location, food, service, attention to detail, availability: truly an excellent result. A detail that I really appreciated: no use of "disposable" crockery, not even for the exquisite countless fingers offered.

31/01/2025: From social media everything is so perfect. Very high expectations, but normal dishes with almost zero presentation. Considering the high costs of each individual course, they are expected to also have a visual impact and a more refined presentation, as well as gratifying the palate. Furthermore, when ordering the prawn carpaccio we found 2 insects inside, which according to them, came from the sprouts present to "embellish" the dish. They immediately prepared again but The cost of this course was not even written off. The only positive note was the good lobster linguine. Experienced, as I was overwhelmed by the curiosity to discover given the so much publicity on social media, but I wouldn't go back.
