There are places you go to eat well, and others you return to because it feels like home. Here, I found both. The portions are generous, and the dishes are tasty and carefully prepared. The fried food is delicious: so light and dry it almost doesn't taste fried; the meat was tender and cooked to perfection... not to mention the pasta dish and the tiramisu! But what makes this place special is the warmth: the owners welcome each customer with a sincere smile, and with their kindness and helpfulness, they transform a simple dinner into a pleasant and authentic experience. Highly recommended!

We had dinner at Al Casolare and were absolutely thrilled! The restaurant offers a comprehensive culinary experience, maintaining the highest quality in every dish, from pizza to pasta dishes, and especially the top-quality meat, cooked with skill. The fried foods are excellent. The pizza also amazed us: simply delicious, with a light crust and fresh ingredients. Dessert: To round things off, we had two cheesecakes... simply delicious! That alone is worth the visit. Special mention goes to the staff. The service was impeccable, fast, and exceptionally kind, with Marta making you feel right at home. In short: a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional food, and wonderful staff. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The perfect place if you want a magnificent dinner. We ate seafood made with the freshest ingredients, and they offered some off-menu options that were truly excellent in terms of flavor and creativity. As for the service, there's nothing to complain about: a family atmosphere, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere, even for large groups. All this with an extremely fair final bill that reflects the quality. A well-deserved five stars, an absolute must-visit for those who love authentic flavors.

Genuine review. I chose this place to celebrate my son's First Communion, and I did so blindly, without ever having eaten there before, only after meeting the owner and his family, a very young chef who gave me the impression of being knowledgeable and passionate... I took a risk and I hit the jackpot; I couldn't have chosen a better place. A menu of the freshest and most refined seafood, impeccable table service and attention to detail, thanks to his sister Marta. I've received compliments from everyone, and their stuffed gnocchi are spectacular. I'd like to write much more, but it would take too long. The quality/price ratio is EXCELLENT.
