What can I say? The "Tasting without De" formula is a blast. I attended the latest event at Dialetti and was truly thrilled. Forget the usual boring, detached wine lessons, the ones where they just explain the scent of the undergrowth: here, you literally sit at the table with the winemaker. A unique conviviality immediately developed, it felt like dinner with old friends. We chatted, laughed, and, above all, we entered the world of the producer, understanding their choices, their history, and what it truly means to follow the rhythms and rules of nature. All of this, of course, accompanied by their natural cuisine dishes, which never disappoint and pair perfectly with whatever you're drinking.

A fantastic restaurant in Naples for natural wine lovers! We were looking for a nice, authentic place after exploring the city, and we stumbled upon Dialetti. The menu is short, but everything is fresh and homemade. Special mention goes to the wine selection, which is truly excellent. It's not a budget option, but the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes make it worthwhile. The staff is very welcoming.

My cousin celebrated her graduation from Dialetti yesterday with a hearty aperitivo. It was a delightful evening; the food and wine were divine, and the staff was kind and attentive. The place is truly beautiful and the atmosphere welcoming. Thank you!

Wonderful place for an aperitif/dinner. The owner is incredibly kind, we felt right at home! The wines are excellent (no headaches) and the cheeses even better (we ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses). Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we didn't try dinner, but there was an open kitchen with some dishes that looked amazing.

I dined there alone on a business trip to Naples. I chose them for their attention to raw ingredients and their natural wines, my passion. I drank very well, ate their carrot (excellent), and a generous platter of local cured meats and cheeses, selected with great care and attention. I was pampered by the owner and chef, and truly felt at home. Excellent!
