03/10/2024: I’ve ate at many Michelin star restaurants in various countries. The deserve a star for sure. Very creative presentations, the food was amazing, and the service was exactly how we liked. I highly recommend…as for the bad reviews, I would take them with a grain of salt, as many people have tampered expectations and attitudes.

03/01/2025: Excellent place inside the Sasso Barisano where you can taste local food (bread, meatballs and pasta first and foremost). We had both lunch and dinner there. Excellent welcome at lunchtime as well as in the evening. Special thanks to Giuseppe and Gabriele. Definitely coming back.

22/09/2024: A few words to say that those who love their work do it with passion and extreme quality. The cocktails have always been superlative on all the occasions I have gone, but if you are hungry I recommend you try the menu... not at all banal! Well done Mirko, Marianna and Carmela!

03/01/2025: We popped in on New Year's Eve (1.1.2025) for lunch with a reservation made a week before. Very skimpy raw fish appetizers with a handful of rings, two prawns and two oysters. Cost €20!!! The first ones are just acceptable and the second ones are like Grassanese cod, 3 miniature portions with an acidic sauce! I'll let you imagine everything else! Truly a huge disappointment! Too bad I didn't take a photo especially of the cod, a dish ridiculous to look at (They looked like very small Findus sticks!) I had the impression that your food requirements that day were not sufficient to satisfy your customers and you made up for it by behaving like a micragnosis.

20/12/2024: Wedding favor in the center of Grassano (MT), a small but welcoming place. In addition to the excellent quality of the raw materials, you can also appreciate the mastery of the chef in making the dishes simple but particular! Excellent service, always present and attentive to the needs of diners. I express my heartfelt appreciation!

28/12/2024: Consigliatoci a Matera, anche per celiaci, devo dire che è senz'altro eccezionale. Il personale è attento e meticoloso, per evitare qualsiasi tipo di "contaminazione" dal glutine. Gentilezza e cortesia sono di casa, tutte le pietanze sono state squisite, gentili e cortesi. Siamo andati per due giorni di seguito lasciando pulito ogni piatto! Si perchè anche il pane viene servito caldo e croccante. I dolci, fatti da loro, lasciano il sorriso anche ai più piccoli golosi.

28/12/2024: Location perfetta per un pranzo o una cena informale. Molto ben informati su glutine, celiachia e contaminazioni. Cibo squisito e rapidi nel servire le portate.
