08/03/2026: We had dinner two evenings when we go down to Grottole, a regular stop at this restaurant, the pizza is excellent, I recommend it to anyone passing by.

12/01/2026: I went for lunch and it was a truly special experience. The restaurant is charming, carved into the Sasso, and exudes a unique historical atmosphere. There's also an ancient olive oil mill inside, almost like visiting a museum, which makes it all the more fascinating. We ate grilled meat, which was simply delicious: perfectly cooked and excellent quality. The food overall was exceptional. The staff deserves a special mention: very kind, welcoming, and always available. An experience I highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera.

05/01/2026: I used to come to this restaurant every two years or so. I've always considered it a tourist hotspot, but it's a good compromise. Unfortunately, today I was only able to observe inside (due to the lack of price display outside) that the menu has undergone an excessive price increase; there's no entree under €14. I find the menu priced for an empty plate for €1 unfortunate. I had a brief discussion with the manager or owner about the matter. She politely explained the reasons for the price increases. We realized we had different views, and I changed locations where I could enjoy a similarly high-quality meal at a lower price, along with a high-end restaurant setting. From my limited experience in the industry, I would recommend adjusting the offerings to meet demand to best market the excellent cuisine this restaurant offers.

08/03/2026: Welcoming location... small... it looks a bit like a five-star mechanic's shop 😁 We ate very well, from the cold cuts and cheese platter to the fillet steak to the pizza... excellent service. The only downside is the lack of ventilation and excessive smoke. Highly recommended.

22/11/2025: Discovered at some acquaintances' wedding, I fell in love with it so much that I chose it for my own wedding in August 2019. We felt pampered, the guests still remember the beauty of the room, the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters, the quality and quantity of food, and all the attention they've never encountered in other venues. I would get married there 1,000 times over. Some venues in the area try to imitate it, but there's no comparison. ❤️

07/03/2026: I dined here with my girlfriend, and we were immediately greeted with smiles and warmth. The place is charming, intimate, and well-kept, and the food is delicious. A special mention, however, goes to the waiters, especially Andrea. We were pampered and guided through the traditional cuisine and the knowledge of the products. Their presence was enriching without ever being intrusive, and above all, we felt at home. Highly recommended.

29/12/2025: A typical Lucanian restaurant serving traditional dishes in the beautiful city of Matera. The waiters were incredibly friendly, and we asked them for wine and food recommendations. Excellent dishes, highly recommended! One detail we noticed was that the menu wasn't very extensive, as the ingredients were repetitive across the side dishes, first courses, and second courses.

10/01/2026: Ruined Evening: I've been going to 3 Colli for years, but what happened tonight is simply unacceptable. A splendid location cannot and should not justify such embarrassing service. The real sore point! The new waitress. Irritating attitude: we had to endure an expression of annoyance when we legitimately asked for what we'd ordered. Never again.
