08/07/2024: Truly a great experience. Excellent food, well-executed and presented preparations, very friendly and welcoming staff. The owner is very kind and polite, very present and puts his guests at ease. Prices appropriate to the quality of the proposal. Definitely recommended. Above average restaurant.

09/06/2024: We went to the Locanda this evening and it was one of those dinners that remain in our memories. First of all we ate very well, then in this fast-paced civilization, catering must be efficient and soulless or, in the hands of starred chefs, almost esoteric. It is less and less common to find chefs who cook with knowledge and true passion like at the Locanda dell'Abate where, in addition to enjoying an excellent dinner, we spent a truly interesting evening. I would like to say that we will return, but it won't be easy because we live in Florence. The icing on the cake: the truly modest bill compared to the quality and quantity of the dinner. Good luck with this slightly outdated but definitely good formula!

Excellent cuisine with truly 0 km local products, low costs, fast service, generous portions, great kindness from the owner Nicola and the staff. An excellent choice, for which I received compliments from the group, which I in turn pass on to Nicola

27/04/2024: Family atmosphere, excellent food, kind and friendly staff, puts the patrons of the place at ease. Nice atmosphere, we will gladly return. I would add that we were a small group of 30 people and we all agreed in our opinion.

01/04/2024: I wanted to release this review immediately so as not to risk not doing it. It was a real pleasure to spend Easter Monday in this farmhouse, where we spent a few hours with friends, in an excellent structure. The lunch was beyond expectations with a rich appetizer and so on for the rest of the complete lunch, excellent quality dishes that made me make an excellent impression with my friends who I had convinced to follow me from the nearby Taranto. Impeccable service with friendly waiters always available for any of our requests. In short, a beautiful Easter Monday spent in a real farmhouse with horses, rabbits, geese and chickens where we will probably return with the grandchildren. Compliments.
