Sono stata a cena il 5 Luglio per il mio compleanno organizzato dal mio ragazzo (a mia insaputa) , che grazie alla complicità della cameriera Martina e del Maitre , sono riusciti a sorprendermi come non mi sarai mai aspettata. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza con una vista mozzafiato su Materna illuminata, il cibo raffinato ma che non perde l autenticità dei gusti e dei sapori locali. Disponibili a cambiare i primi sul menù assecondando anche le nostre richieste. Prezzo giusto per la qualità e il servizio impeccabile. Grazie alle bubbole per l esperienza che ha trascorrere!

This is an astonishing restaurant in the stunning city of Matera. Located on the magnificent terrace of the luxurious Palazzo Gattini Hotel, the view is truly breathtaking. The wine list is excellent and meticulously curated, and the menu is sophisticated and of the highest quality. The impeccable service and dedication to the guests make for an unforgettable dining experience. The value-for-quality price is simply perfect. If you are considering a stay in Matera, the gourmet experience at "Le Bubbole" is an absolute must-try.

The setting is magnificent, the cuisine refined and the staff very attentive... But everything is somewhat stilted and impersonal, like a luxury hotel restaurant...

We had an OK dinner here. The atmosphere and the service are excellent but the food was simply mediocre. Some dishes were OK some dishes were bad. Overall for the price you pay you can find for sure better places in Matera. I wonder how they made it to the Michelin guide. Additionally it is unacceptable that in a posh place like this you cannot tip through the card, not everybody has cash with them. Overall, I don’t recommend this place there are better places to go.

Very disappointing. A lot of hype with poor execution. Chef seems to concentrate on presentation rather than taste. Egg starter almost inedible. Had lamb as main course. It was mostly bone, very little meat, overcooked with a saltyDemi glacé reduction

☆ The ham as an appetizer was very salty. My friends and I couldn’t eat half of it. ☆☆☆ Mushrooms are fragrant but also salty. Beef tendon. Dessert is average. ☆☆☆☆ Chicken is delicious ☆☆☆☆☆ Good environment and atmosphere

La Bruschetta

18/08/2024: Optimal!! All very good, I really liked the broad beans and chicory, orecchiette and turnip tops, simple but expertly cooked dishes. I recommend: the bruschetta!!!
31/07/2024: Homemade restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. The pucce stands out on the menu, giving you the possibility to choose between fillings for every preference. In addition to these, the first and second courses are also convincing, among which I recommend trying the baked shin: savory and tender, uniquely delicious. A flaw in the service, which after the bruschetta appetizer (also recommended) made us wait a good 30 minutes before the other dishes arrived; even if the charismatic and engaging staff served to make everything more enjoyable. Lunch for 7 for €15 each.

09/03/2024: Locale molto carino e ben arredato, il personale è molto preparato ad esporre le pietanze proposte e sempre disponibile ad andare incontro alle richieste dei clienti. Il mangiare è molto buono saporito ben preparato e ben presentato la pizza è buonissima come d’altronde anche il i primi e gli altri piatti. Locale consigliatissimo grazie per il soggiorno
