25/11/2023: Dinner with friends. Very narrow place in which it was impossible to move both for us customers and for the staff... To be honest it must be said that this place tries to offer pizzas with refined ingredients. However, I ordered a pizza with cedar ricotta, Sichuan pepper and Mazara prawn but at first glance the prawn didn't seem to be the one described on the menu. Furthermore, I am told that the citron ricotta is not available... I would have expected to have the possibility of being able to change the pizza but without an alternative I am told that stracciatella will be used instead of the citron ricotta... and amen. Good desserts also well presented. Prices normal... we joked with the owner who was kind by offering a "drop" (literal) of bitters. Let's say I would go back but I'm not so sure.

01/04/2024: Even in summer it can snow. It was raining flakes of humidity. Please bring an umbrella. First course with porcini mushrooms and sausage as second course really excellent. Good waiter and sorry for what happened. We only stayed at the table thanks to him

28/03/2024: My first course was completely without salt... ok, I ask the waiter for the salt shaker to give it a minimum of eatability. The second courses on the contrary, very salty; I ate mine anyway, my partner sent it back. Having made a complaint at the register, he tells me, sorry, nothing can be done, not even the exclusion of the uneaten dish. Having paid the bill in full, I am offered a 4 euro refund, but I refuse the handout. Shame!

Storia e passione che sentirete subito a pelle, non appena entrati, si coniugheranno in un esperienza di gusto, che si rifà alla genuinità di una volta, cliente da anni, mai un errore, qualità altissima e indiscutibile, se vi lascerete guidare nella scelta delle carni non starete per cenare ma per affrontare un esperienza sensoriale, scoprendo ad ogni boccone una qualità ormai sconosciuta ai giorni d’oggi, se vi trovate di passaggio e avete la fortuna di trovare posto, vi attendono un ambiente familiare e un servizio impeccabile, sperimenterete qualcosa di nuovo anche per chi mangia carne di cavallo da sempre. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile, se volete assaporare la carne e non le spezie, insomma se cercate freschezza, cioè il vero “arrosto” e non il “fumo” siete nel posto giusto. Se avrete l’occasione di parlare con il titolare, una persona simpaticissima e disponibile, di ciò che avrete nel piatto difronte a voi, vi farà capire e quasi “vedere” quella materia prima che viaggio ha fatto prima di essere sulla vostra forchetta, passo dopo passo, sinonimo di grande professionalità e cura del dettaglio. Spesso mi è capitato che un esperienza di gusto e qualità, sia un compromesso con il portafogli e la quantità, ma non è questo il caso. Cultura, esperienza, sapori, bontà, cortesia e voglia di perfezione! Merita il viaggio, senza paragoni rispetto alle proposte di tutto l’hinterland.
