04/04/2024: In a side street of Via del Corso there is this well-kept restaurant where you can appreciate the friendliness and competence of the staff and enjoy excellent and well-presented dishes, the local cuisine blends with the French one and the combination is successful.
Low prices in relation to the quality offered.
02/04/2024: We celebrated our 12th year anniversary dinner at Burro Salato and we are glad we did.
Food is amazing, they deserve a Michelin star! The best food we have eaten in Matera!

10/11/2023: Excellent pizza, friendly service and a wonderful Italian atmosphere. It was the first time I ate such a great pizza and I hope it won't be the last... Very nice owners. My compatriots, when you are passing through Ferrandina, be sure to try the delicious, excellent thin-crust pizza at the Rej pizzeria. Isabella from Poland.
