I've been going to 3 Colli for years, but what happened tonight is simply unacceptable. A splendid location cannot and should not justify such embarrassing service.
The real sore point! The new waitress.
Irritating attitude: we had to endure an expression of annoyance when we legitimately asked for what we'd ordered.
Never again.

10/04/2026: Beautiful place, it's in Matera, you'll find it walking along Via Buozzi. The only downside was that I got a table in the sun and it was a bit strong, but it's a highly recommended spot.

04/04/2026: Amazing! A welcoming and charming location thanks to the antiques displayed in the dining room. The staff is friendly, courteous, and cheerful, ready to offer advice and even chat with customers. The food is truly excellent, with ancient and authentic flavors, specifically baked Matera onions, cruschi peppers, a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, and the capriata pasta with fava beans and chicory. Everything was delicious!

The dishes are gigantic; I would have ordered the whole menu, but luckily they pointed out the size of the dishes.

09/04/2026: Impeccable service and exquisite dishes. The place is welcoming and spotlessly clean. A great find in the city center, definitely worth a try.

We never received the vegetables despite complaining. At the register, we were then told it was a kitchen mistake, without any apology or compensation. It's shameful!
Not to mention the coffee, which never arrived either (and wasn't charged).

19/04/2026: We were here today for lunch and had a fantastic experience. We ate in the outdoor area, a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable.
The highlight was undoubtedly the peperone crusco with stracciatella and capocollo: a truly delicious combination of flavors and textures, absolutely worth trying! You can taste the attention to quality in every ingredient.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for a sunny Sunday. We'll definitely be back for more!
15/04/2026: Incredible experience! Highly recommended! Typical dishes rich in flavor, stuffed eggplant, fava bean puree soup, juicy and delicious local sausage. And to top it all off, spectacular desserts!

27/08/2025: Ordered without a menu, big mistake, I took 2 first courses suggested by the waitress and when I asked to know how many portions there were she said one, I took a second course with two pieces of sausage, one sweet and one spicy, salad, a bottle of water, 1/4 white wine, dessert, paid 46.00 if I had ordered from the menu it would have been much less!
