01/04/2026: We were greeted very kindly by the owner, who recommended local dishes and answered our questions. The peperoni cruschi were perfectly crunchy, and the pasta was delicious. Excellent value. The restaurant is part of one of the "American houses" described by Carlo Levi and is adorned with horned masks and other references to local culture. Thank you for your hospitality! 🤗

24/08/2025: In the heart of the village of Aliano, the baking expertise comes to life, creating exquisite sweet and savory treats. Needless to say, everything is exquisite, carefully prepared, and served with kindness. The shop also has a couple of tables, in addition to those available outside.

The option of relaxing at the outdoor tables is also very pleasant. Ideal for those who want to enjoy something delicious in a simple and welcoming atmosphere. Recommended!
