We loved it, real italian place. Pinsa was wonderful. We came for drinks and snack and place was full of life and energy. Not a lot of place was like that in Matera at late evening.

A name that defines the city! A place with quality products and traditional dishes revisited while respecting tradition. Recommended.

We sat inside. At first I thought it was a bit disorganized, but then it was fine. The sandwich was delicious (and I don't even really like that type of meat), the beer was cold, and to top it off: Brazilian music, samba, playing all the time. The place is small but quiet. A beautiful venue in the heart of the city, a truly pleasant discovery. The menu is meticulously curated and varied, with a wide selection to choose from, from main courses to excellent appetizers and charcuterie boards. The venue is decorated with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always attentive to their guests' needs. A perfect place for both a relaxing evening and an aperitif with friends. Highly recommended!
