An exceptional culinary experience! We visited this restaurant and were blown away by the quality of the food. The owner, Bruno, is the restaurant's true asset: an exquisitely friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable person. He guided us through the selection of excellent, authentic local products, pairing them with perfect wines thanks to his profound expertise. You can immediately sense the passion he puts into his work and the selection of raw materials. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

We loved it, real italian place. Pinsa was wonderful. We came for drinks and snack and place was full of life and energy. Not a lot of place was like that in Matera at late evening.

We sat inside. At first I thought it was a bit disorganized, but then it was fine. The sandwich was delicious (and I don't even really like that type of meat), the beer was cold, and to top it off: Brazilian music, samba, playing all the time. The place is small but quiet. The menu is meticulously curated and varied, with a wide selection to choose from, from main courses to excellent appetizers and charcuterie boards. The venue is decorated with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always attentive to their guests' needs. A perfect place for both a relaxing evening and an aperitif with friends. Highly recommended!
