Beautiful restaurant fully gluten free. My husband and I enjoyed two different pizzas and afterwards had an order of tiramisu to split. The pizza was great with great flavor and the crust was perfect. But the tirumisu was the star of the show. It was, honestly, the creamiest that I've ever tasted. We were so full and happy with the experience. Service was excellent and it would be a pleasure to go back.

The quality of the ingredients was good, the cuisine exceptional, especially the first and second courses, which you wouldn't believe were gluten-free, but... there are some buts! Let's start with the service... unlike other reviews, the service was also fast, but one waiter alone can't work miracles! The service becomes anxious, and you eat with an unpleasant pressure, so much so that my plate was taken away before I finished eating. Then again, if you're a gluten-free and lactose-free restaurant, it means you're dealing with demanding customers with health issues and special requests... requests that seemed to bother them. Furthermore, the dishes contained some ingredients not listed on the menu, which is dangerous considering I'm a celiac and subject to intolerances and allergies. I'd say it's a shame, because given how good the first 5 stars were, they would have been too few. These are just details; overall, I recommend it given the rarity of gluten-free restaurants.

A paradise for celiacs! A little less so if they're also vegan, as much of the menu isn't suitable for those who don't eat animal products. However, what I tried was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. It was a great experience, and I hope they gradually add new dishes without any suffering!

I went with friends, one of whom is celiac. We left very satisfied! Delicious bread, superb dishes, excellent service, and a friendly and courteous owner. Highly recommended even if you don't have celiac disease!

A truly wonderful surprise in the center of Matera, with convenient paid parking in front and just a few steps from the Sassi. The menu is exquisite. We had the super-delicious ravioli and paccheri with pezzente and cardoncelli mushroom sauce. The bread was delicious, as was the pizza with onions and vegetables. The octopus was excellent, and the desserts were exquisite, especially the tiramisu with goat's ricotta. We'll be back.
