Excellent place, high level taste and quality. Homemade bread, sulphite-free wine, excellent meats, delicious first courses and the bruschetta with caramelised onion, goat's ricotta, broccoli and Cantabrian anchovies is an absolute must..... a delight!!!!! My husband and I had only booked for Easter but after having lunch we also booked for Easter Monday 😂😂😂. If you are in Matera you cannot miss a meal at Sapori Gluten Free. A special applause goes above all to the owner, a gentleman who takes care of the room impeccably. Thank you, see you soon.

Beautiful place, we were there today and I must say excellent quality of the products, very good pizza and first courses and good homemade dessert. it's worth traveling 50 km, we will definitely be back!

Exquisite, new and light flavours, the desserts are superb! I tasted the pizza which struck me with its goodness and the first course with exceptional pistachio pesto. Absolutely recommended for the freshness of the products, for the ability to cook them at the top and for the novelty of a cuisine that is a little different from the traditional!

Totally gluten free restaurant. The dishes are simply wonderful, If you are gluten intolerant or celiac, this is your restaurant, if you are not like me, go there anyway.

Cerchiamo sempre nel posti dove andiamo un locale gluten free per accontentare mio marito. Troviamo sempre con difficoltà perché pochi hanno il coraggio di aprire un locale esclusivamente senza glutine. Qui a Matera l'abbiamo trovato e solo per questo merita menzione. Un locale semplice, molto vicino a Via XX Settembre, con pochi tavoli e un servizio forse non molto caloroso ma efficiente. Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa, buono e vario con crostini e peperoni cruschi e a seguire due pizze, un'amatriciana e un piatto di verdure ripassate. Mio marito ha concluso con un dolce tipo Saint Honoré, molto raro da trovare senza glutine. In conclusione, mio marito ha mangiato benissimo, gustando piatti che difficilmente può mangiare nei ristoranti ma chi celiaco non era non ha goduto nello stesso modo. La pizza non era certo paragonabile a una pizza con glutine ma per un celiaco era buona. La scelta dei secondi era veramente misera tant'è che ho preso solo la verdura. I primi non prevedevano spaghetti e quindi l'amatriciana con i rigatoni non era il massimo. Matera, che è la terra della pasta e del pane, dovrebbe privilegiare questi cibi, anche gluten free, e invece in questo ristorante erano commerciali. Prezzi nella media.
