A wonderful experience at this lovely restaurant, where everything is cooked gluten- and lactose-free, where for once those with intolerances don't feel different and can choose what they like.
All the products are of excellent quality and traditional local produce, and the service and helpfulness of the owner are excellent.
Thank you for your commitment and care in an industry where, unfortunately, there's still little attention to the product and limited choice.
My heartfelt congratulations; if we return to Matera, we'll definitely be back. 😉

We visited this restaurant on August 12th. The food was excellent, with spectacular ingredients, beautifully prepared. A paradise for celiacs and non-celiacs alike. Service was a little slow, but worth it.

An excellent restaurant near the historic center and the famous Sassi, perfect for celiacs and those with various intolerances. The food is freshly prepared with typical dishes from the city of Matera. The tiramisu made with goat ricotta is exceptional! Highly recommended.

When traveling, mealtimes are always a challenge for those with food intolerances. We were delighted to discover "gluten-free flavors." Just steps from the Sassi, we were kindly greeted by the owner, who was a real pleasure to chat with before the dishes arrived. Naturally, everything is gluten-free and lactose-free, so there's no discomfort for those with celiac disease. We opted for pizza: what can I say, homemade pizza, not prepackaged ones! We'll definitely be back if we have the opportunity, especially to try the rest of the cuisine!
