02/02/2025: For the first time, I had the pleasure of entering this place and enjoying what the good Mirko recommended. Everything was delicious, portions were generous, excellent beer, and a delicious dessert 😊! With Mirko and his Marianna, we felt welcomed into an environment that, personally, made me feel immersed in the post-World War II era...even touching on the golden age of economic rebirth...let's say the '50s and '60s (especially overseas); jazz, swing, hints of blues... make this place a niche, a welcoming place, in short...personally, a special place. We'll definitely be back 😊.

26/06/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant in Abano Terme, in a very central location. The restaurant is decorated in shabby chic style, you may like it or not, but overall pleasant. The cover charge includes a welcome from the chef and a selection of bread, both excellent. Good selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses with both fish and meat courses. Good wine list Both first and second courses well executed and very good. High prices but overall fair for the food served.

24/03/2025: We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm, the place and the staff welcomed us warmly. We were delighted by good drink and good food. We would like to recommend this restaurant to all those looking for peace, tranquility, an evocative place and good food!

22/07/2025: Supposedly a Michelin star. Pasta with calamari was to al dente and salty. $4 euro for a small bottle of water under a litre. As we asked for our bill and did not order dessert, they took extra long to bring our bill while serving other tables instead. Surprised with the high ratings, this place is a pretentious rip off.

22/07/2025: The "La Prua" restaurant in Avola exceeded every expectation. As soon as you enter, the refined atmosphere is evident, with attention to detail, perfect for a special dinner or a memorable occasion. The welcome was impeccable. The cuisine truly deserves top marks. I savored the freshest seafood dishes, presented with care and creativity. I highly recommend the "round of appetizers," which allows you to sample the day's best dishes, and the mixed grilled fish, simple yet bursting with flavor. The first courses—such as the seafood linguine and the sea urchin linguine—are also exquisite, with generous portions and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and refined, without being ostentatious. The evening was even more enjoyable thanks to an excellent wine list that perfectly complements the dishes. The quality/price ratio is balanced: for the quality offered, the bill is more than fair. I highly recommend the restaurant to both seafood lovers and those seeking refined cuisine in an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. I will certainly return and recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the best of seafood cuisine in Avola.

21/07/2025: We were there on Saturday, July 19th. I can say that it is a splendid restaurant with highly professional and helpful service, and a great deal of courtesy and friendliness. The dishes offered, such as the 40 euro fixed menu, are worth much more; all the food is extremely fresh. I would also like to point out that the Prow is located in the epic place where the Sicels landed in 1270 BC and gave Sicily its name. The owner is professional and incredibly friendly. We will be back next month; the satisfaction was immense. Thank you ♥️♥️

30/07/2025: A pochi passi dal centro di Caserta potrai trovare Pepenero un ristorante e pizzeria che merita una sosta. Il locale è moderno, ben curato e accogliente. Il personale è gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Il menù è veramente qualcosa di unico. Pepenero offre un'ampia scelta di antipasti, primi e secondi di mare e di terra realizzati con prodotti freschi e buona qualità. La cucina di Pepenero non è solo tipica casertana ma si potranno trovare dei buonissimi piatti realizzati con le eccellenze del territorio italiano. Pepenero non è solo ristorante ma anche pizzeria. Oltre alla classica pizza napoletana potrai assaggiare le pizze cotte nei "routiello" con degli abbinamenti azzeccati e veramente unici. Ottimi anche i dolci, oltre al babá e alla delizia al limone, consiglio il mandorlato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

02/08/2025: I attended a social event with dinner at the end. Throughout the event, the staff was always available to meet every need. The buffet service was also excellent, with tables set and ready to go. There were no issues with quantity. I couldn't rate the restaurant, but the promise is certainly positive. See you next time.

02/08/2025: We ate on the terrace, so the atmosphere was very nice. But the interior didn't seem very refined. The portions were very small and the prices were way too high. The staff were friendly, but they asked us several times if we wanted dessert, and it seemed like we needed to vacate the table as soon as possible. Other customers got up to ask for water. Others showed up at 8:15 with an 8:00 reservation, and their table had already been taken. They don't deserve a Michelin recommendation.

02/08/2025: Overall a very nice find in Stresa, Italy. Went there for dinner as a couple. It’s a Michelin listed restaurant (2024 and 2025). The food was quite nice though I wouldn’t say all the dishes were exceptional. The flan was very nice as was the seafood pasta. I would definitely recommend having a meal there once if you like authentic Italian fare. Prices were very reasonable as well.

01/08/2025: We chose this restaurant for dinner for two. We ordered two pastas and wine. The first pasta was quite tasty, but the pasta with clams was mediocre. Would I come back here again? Not sure because the previous evening we had tasted better pasta in one of the restaurants in Palermo.

07/07/2025: Bellissima atmosfera con vista mare, perfetta per una serata rilassante o una cena speciale. Il pesce è cucinato alla perfezione: fresco, saporito e presentato con grande cura. In particolare, consiglio vivamente le braciole di pesce spada e le linguine alle vongole, davvero deliziose. Anche le pizze sono ottime, ben cotte e con ingredienti di qualità. Il tutto è accompagnato da una vasta selezione di vini e prosecco. Servizio attento, cordiale e professionale. Consigliatissimo!
