Norman is a trattoria where the food is truly delicious. Every time I come here, I'm always unsure of what to choose, because I find everything delicious. Besides the quality of the dishes and the consistently successful pairings, I really appreciate the welcoming and warm atmosphere. It's a place I'm fond of because it always makes me feel at home. With the arrival of summer, I also found the new seasonal menu very interesting, full of new dishes to try. Warm greetings to all the staff and thank you for your kindness every time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The "cotoletta" at Norman comes exactly as it should: golden and crisp on the outside, while still tender and juicy inside. It’s not heavy, and it doesn’t feel overly greasy, but it still has that flavor you expect from a well-made cutlet, i tried this dish in other places and they were nothing compared to this one. Simply the kind of dish you finish without thinking twice, it made my day.

We had an excellent Sunday lunch for four at Norman. It was our first time there, so we tried some typical Milanese specialties. Everything was excellent, especially the mondeghili, the risotto with ossobuco, and the Milanese cutlet. The service and friendly staff were also excellent. The price was reasonable, but excellent value. We'll definitely be back.

A delightful Milanese trattoria, where I saw only young staff. The dishes were spot-on and exquisite, the risottos impeccably cooked and intensely flavorful. The ossobuco melts in your mouth. The wine served was sincere and delightful. The tiramisu was homemade and prepared with love. What a wonderful lunch, one that will need to be repeated more often. In fact, I can't wait to return! Congratulations, guys.

I really liked the place, the friendliness, and the food, all at a good price. We found a table for lunch even without a reservation, and the service was prompt. Kudos to the Elephant Ear!

01/07/2026: My wife and I recently dined at Bistrot Bertarelli and were absolutely captivated. Located inside the historic Touring Club Italiano building, just steps from the Duomo, the restaurant exudes a cosmopolitan atmosphere reminiscent of private clubs in London or New York, with a classic yet elegant design. The service was impeccable: the staff, composed of Fatima, Lala, and Sofia, welcomed us with extreme courtesy, attentive to every detail throughout the evening without ever being intrusive. From a culinary standpoint, it was a true delight. We also wanted to try the fresh, summery, colorful dishes like the salmon sashimi and tuna carpaccio: beautiful to look at, incredibly tasty, and clearly demonstrating the high quality of the ingredients used. Overall, it was an experience worthy of an A+. The combination of the beauty of the location, the kindness of the staff, and the deliciousness of the dishes makes it a new gastronomic benchmark. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to try the great classics of Milanese cuisine. Oh, I forgot: they also have Amaro Lucano!!! What more could you want from life? Thanks
