Norman In Milano

I really liked the place, the friendliness, and the food, all at a good price. We found a table for lunch even without a reservation, and the service was prompt. Kudos to the Elephant Ear!

I'm from Florence, so a good gourmet eats a lot of Tuscan food, and when I came to Milan, a friend took me to this trattoria. Upon entering, it was a very simple and welcoming place, accompanied by the waiters and the owner, who I don't know if he's the one or not, but who also works at the counter as well as serving, who were very, very kind. I had already tried Milanese food—Risotto alla Milanese, Cotoletta alla Milanese, and the rest—and it never seemed like much until I ordered it from them. I was truly amazed. The risotto is really good, just the right amount of aldente. I also had the chef's crostini, the very fresh cured meats, and the truly delicious meatballs. Congratulations! My family and I had a truly wonderful time and were taken care of by the staff. We will return and try the rest of the food.

Affordable prices except for the beer, which was almost 6 euros. Good food, good service, good atmosphere.

A thoroughly satisfying Easter Monday in Milan! Top-notch risotto and fabulous cutlet.... Very friendly and attentive staff! We'll be back!

Discovered by chance on the way back from the Oscar Theater. Very friendly staff and traditional Milanese dishes. I recommend the artichoke risotto and the mondeghili with creamed potatoes. Prices are moderately high.

Three of us ate here for dinner. The service was fast and excellent, and the food was excellent, traditional Milanese. Unfortunately, we were too full to try the desserts, which were definitely worth a try.

Trattoria with authentic flavors. The Cotoletta is one of the best I've ever had in Milan. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money!

Informal, very refined atmosphere with large windows overlooking Viale Umbria. The owner is extremely kind and courteous, and the welcome you'd expect only from someone who's known you for a long time. The dishes are excellent, including exquisite sirloin steaks and a truly delicious elephant ear! I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The only downside was that it was too salty.
