11/05/2026: There are good pizzas, and then there are those that stand out at first bite.
At Borgo Della Pizza, you immediately sense the research, experience, and true passion behind every detail.
The dough is one of its strong points: light, digestible, with a well-defined personality and a rare balance between crispiness, structure, and a soft crust. This isn't your typical "just like all the others" pizza. Here, you can clearly sense the ongoing research into flours, leavening, and preparation.
The option to choose from various dough types is also highly appreciated, including grain, whole wheat, and other popular variations, designed to offer different flavors and consistencies without sacrificing quality.
The ingredients truly make the difference.
Carefully selected raw materials, quality cured meats and cheeses, vegetables carefully prepared daily and individually topped to enhance their flavor.
You can sense that nothing is left to chance. Each pizza is balanced; it's not just loaded with ingredients, but crafted with care.
The baking process also deserves special mention: well-managed, precise, and able to enhance both the dough and the ingredients used to top the pizza.
The result is a flavorful, expertly assembled pizza, with a beautiful appearance as well as a fantastic flavor.
The welcome was also excellent.
The atmosphere is refined, the staff friendly, smiling, and helpful, and the atmosphere makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
The selection of drinks and desserts is also very good: fresh, delicious, and just right.
