The waiters were always smiling and kind, despite the tables always being occupied. Not to be missed. I can confirm the excellent business lunch and the courtesy of all the attentive staff. It's also worth noting that the tables have cotton tablecloths, not paper like many nowadays. A significant detail, worth considering. Since Covid, there's no longer a vegetable buffet as per regulations. Everything else is always exceptional, the waiters are always smiling and quick. Very clean and tidy. Always crowded, with people waiting...

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! 09/12/2025: Review: Long Wait and Poor Service ⏳ Unacceptable Wait Times We arrived and were seated at 12:55 PM. Our order (two grilled seafood with rustic potatoes and a plate of pappardelle with mushroom ragù) was taken at 1:09 PM. The main problem was the wait times. At 1:45 PM, after noticing that other tables who had arrived at the same time or even after us had already received and consumed their first or second courses (meat, pasta, pizza, appetizers), we inquired about our order. The response was a generic "just a few more minutes." The potatoes and pappardelle arrived at 1:55 PM. 🚫 Order and Customer Management The wait for the two grilled seafood dishes continued even longer. At 2:05 PM, I asked to cancel my grilled meat order, but was told they were "already cooking." Despite my repeated request to cancel, the two grilled meats arrived around 2:10 PM. At that point, I asked to have my portion taken away. This is where the experience deteriorated due to the waiter's behavior: He insisted I eat a dish I no longer wanted. He started an argument, justifying the delay by the large number of people (there were many empty tables!) and inappropriately saying that he was working while I was on vacation. He ended the argument with a rude gesture and abruptly took the grilled meat, immediately serving it to another table. 💡 Management Tips If the grilled meat preparation time is indeed very long, as I was later told, it is essential to communicate this when ordering so the customer can make an informed decision. Conclusions The place is very nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. The pappardelle were rated so-so. The grilled meat, according to those who ate it, was good. However, an hour-long wait for a main course and, above all, the rudeness of the staff, made the overall experience a negative one. Table service cannot afford to argue heatedly with customers or exhibit such irritable and disrespectful behavior. The "unwanted" grilled meat was not charged at the cash register.

27/11/2025: Our experience here was disappointing overall. We visited as a group of five — including one child and two grandparents — and planned to share a couple of pastas, a Florentine steak, and a couple of sides. Instead of accommodating this, the server pushed to bring “equal portions” of both pastas for all five people. We were never told this would increase the cost so dramatically, and the two pastas alone ended up totaling about €100. It felt more like an upsell than genuine guidance. The food itself was underwhelming. Our Florentine steak was bland and noticeably under-seasoned — especially disappointing after watching the same server present another table’s steak with salt sprinkled alongside the meat. The inconsistency was hard to overlook. There was also no coperto listed, and the server made a direct comment that came across as soliciting a tip, which is not customary in Italy and felt uncomfortable. Overall, the unexpected pricing, upselling tactics, bland food, inconsistent presentation, and pressure for a tip made this a disappointing visit. Two stars for the ambiance, but we would not return.

29/10/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying our wedding dinner with family at the beautiful Le Gemme. There's only one thing to say: Bravo! It's not just about a meal – what they create here is true art. We were captivated from beginning to end and are still absolutely thrilled, even days after the wedding. The creative, magnificent, and fresh creations by Chef Andrea and the absolutely superb service from Lara are second to none. We felt completely at ease, enjoyed the breathtaking view, and are eager to take a cooking class so we can see them again. If you're visiting the beautiful Lake Garda, Torri del Benaco, Le Gemme should definitely be on everyone's list. It must also be said that the location is unique not only because of the view but also because of the incredible attention to detail. Thank you so much, Lara and Andrea! You gave us an unforgettable evening, and we can't wait to visit you again.

The moment you step inside, you feel the special atmosphere: an elegant and timeless design, and the warm welcome from the incredibly friendly staff instantly boosted my enthusiasm. We dined here twice because the food was so delicious. A fantastic selection of regional specialties, and the wine list is, of course, sensational. So many choices! The restaurant is reserved for guests aged 16 and over – which contributes to the quiet, exclusive atmosphere. La Musa is not just a restaurant, but a journey through flavor, aesthetics, and hospitality. Anyone staying at Parco San Marco shouldn't miss this experience, and it will definitely make you want to return. We will certainly be back!

16/07/2025: I had the opportunity to eat in this beautiful restaurant. Since the weather was warm and without clouds we sitted on the breathtaking terrace with lake view. All the staff Giuseppe, Alice and Sibille were really kind and nice in helping us choose the perfect tasting menù. We opted for the vegetarian option named "Senza" composed of four courses. The courses presented were really delicious with different consistencies,aromas and flavors. We really appreciated all of plates with a special nomination to the dessert (I am a sweet tooth) and the homemade bread. I really suggest this location if you are looking to a dinner with your special one or to celebrate an important occasion.
