21/10/2025: Paolo is a pleasant and passionate host, which is reflected in his attentive service and meticulous attention to detail. The menu is varied and intriguing. The fish is incredibly fresh and seasonal. We were a party of five, and all the dishes we ordered were superb. The gluten-free option, from appetizer to dessert, is particularly noteworthy! The chef, being celiac, understands the importance of this, and she's also a great pastry chef!

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant as a couple. It's a beautiful location overlooking Positano. We ate divinely. The dinner was enlivened and enlivened with music by the delightful Antonio, an added bonus to this already beautiful location.

13/10/2025: From being picked up at our hotel by none less than the owner, all the way through to the return journey afterwards, we had the most memorable night at Il Pino. It has a very family run feel, which is great! The service was brilliant and not only efficient but full of laughs and chats. The food was outstanding! One of the best meals we had on our Amalfi leg. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more and we will certainly be back if we visit Praiano again.

02/11/2025: Simply the #1 in Bari for the quality and variety of the raw materials offered (fish and more), it has now become a staple of my cultural and gastronomic visits to this city, as I am from Turin. The dining room staff is simply extraordinary, yet never invasive, with preparation and customer service. Not to mention the Chef, (in my "humble" opinion) an artistic genius. 05/09/2025: Returning from a hike in the Maiella National Park, we stopped at this beautiful little spot nestled in the park's hills. We were so happy we even returned the next evening for dinner, even though our accommodation is an hour away from the inn! Stefano, the owner, puts his heart and soul into his work, and his strong connection to the area is evident. The service was attentive, professional, and anything but predictable; we truly felt at home! The food was delicious, with traditional Abruzzo dishes and modern reinterpretations of classics. The wine list was also good! 5 stars aren't enough to describe this experience! The desserts were excellent, too. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area; the prices are in line with the quality and service, and even children are made to feel important here. We haven't tried the rooms, but if we have the opportunity, we'll definitely consider staying there! Congratulations again to all the staff, and see you next time!

04/11/2025: I was in the region with my father, and after 15 years we absolutely wanted to return to this restaurant, as we always remembered it as wonderful. And after 15 years, it's still excellent, and the food is of high quality. The value for money is right, and the service is excellent and very friendly. The view, the atmosphere, the food—simply perfect. One of our favorite restaurants in Tuscany, if not our absolute favorite. We will definitely come again; it's highly recommended, simply unique!

15/10/2025: I am leaving a review for the restaurant, we did not stay there. The restaurant was one off the highlights of the trip for us, so excellent. The food was amazing, the service was great and the view was put of this world We had lunch there- the gnocchi was amazing, and the wild boar pasta was so delicious. Even the kids pasta with ragout was delicious. I would definitely recommend.
