A pearl in Milan, far from the hustle and bustle, a six-course journey punctuated by delightful anecdotes, spontaneous congeniality, and seasoned with the experience of someone who loves their craft and has elevated it to an art form for decades. Ideal for a romantic dinner, the atmosphere is pleasant, elegant, and welcoming. Honorable mention for the wine pairing, with a surprising Nebbiolo from the Novaresi Hills. Goodbye Tano!

14/06/2025: I prefer to give 5 stars rather than 4 because the dishes are of a higher refinement than many current starred restaurants. It is clear that they are the result of years of study, experience and work. The downsizing of employees makes you lose something in terms of standards but nothing in terms of pleasure. Always having the chef in the dining room guarantees an excellent experience.

29/07/2025: A wonderful discovery for a Michelin-starred gourmet lunch. We tried the business lunch option, which on certain days allows you to sample highly refined dishes at a reasonable price. Everything was carefully crafted and interesting, with some pairings perhaps a little daring, but it was still intriguing to try. The service was attentive and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. I recommend booking well in advance.

02/08/2025: Ottima cena in questo ristorante nella campagna e Caramanico terme. Locale curato e accogliente, personale gentile e preparato. Abbiamo preso un antipasto (veramente ottimo sia nel gusto che nella presentazione), due primi (ravioli di boragine super) e poi carne grigliata e dei broccoletti ripassati (mugnoli). Tutto ottimo, ma i mugnoli nella loro semplicità mostravano la qualità ottima della materia prima e la capacità di gestire una cottura essenziale in modo impeccabile. Buonissimo anche il gelato (melone e fragola). Se siete in zona non perdete l'occasione di mangiare in questo splendido posto, e se non ci siete considerate che questa cucina vale il viaggio.

Not only because the food is out of this world, but also because of the amazing service and stunning scenery. We’re coming back in a few weeks, and I’m counting down the minutes! 03/08/2025: It was my first experience, and I repeated it several times during my stay in Forza d'Agrò. The bruschetta was excellent, with an extraordinary caponata. Excellent first courses. The fresh fish was recommended by Nicola, the owner's son. Attentive and professional service. Definitely recommended.

16/07/2025: 40 min drive out of Milan for this meal. The taxi driver said it’s worth the trip. Overall I liked the chefs picks: starting off strong with the eggplant and cheese ice cream dish very refreshing. The squid dish stood out to me for the texture and somehow the bottom squid jello was creamy loved it. The gnocchi was so pillowy and chicken just added the perfect flavor to them. Surprisingly enjoyed their bread: the purple one is sweet with eggplant in it and super crunchy. Cheese dish was interesting for sure and the left side is actually watermelon panna cotta. I liked the dessert as well but not outstanding. The chef came out and greeted everyone which was nice. He also told me that Harvard business did a study on his restaurant.

07/08/2025: Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante quasi per caso. Cena indimenticabile sotto tutti i punti di vista! Quasi tutto fatto in casa, frittura di mare buonissima, primi di mare altrettanto buoni, vari piatti talmente belli che quasi era un peccato mangiarli… Assolutamente consigliato

04/08/2025: A few nights ago we had dinner here. Just walking in, you sense it's a sophisticated, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and extremely hospitable place. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and attentive, with great courtesy and kindness. The service was prompt, and we were pleasantly guided and advised. While waiting for our appetizers, we indulged in artisanal French fries, grown and produced on the property. Crispy and not at all greasy, they were light and delicious—I could have eaten loads of them. One of the appetizers was a real pain to eat, despite its visual beauty and exquisite presentation, with a touch of artistry and skill. The fried food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients. The first course was a delicious linguina cavalieri, where both ingredients, sea urchins and clams, were recognizable, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, offered on the house, was delightful and soft as a cloud. We tried an alternative spritz, recommended: the "Spritz Matisse," which was truly delicious, refreshing, and far removed from the usual cloying Aperol taste. The interior rooms are characteristic of the Salento area, and offer a stunning backdrop for Matisse's works. The price was fair, considering all the restaurant's positive aspects, especially the excellent food. I highly recommend it. Valentina & Tiziana

12/07/2025: Il ristorante si trova in posizione centrale in Oltrarno nelle vicinanze di Ponte Vecchio. L'ambiente presenta ambienti eleganti e ben curati. Il menù degustazione è stata una vera e propria esperienza, la combinazione è la qualità degli ingredienti sono stati eccellenti. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale.

02/08/2025: Wat een super ervaring! Ongelooflijk lekker eten! We namen 4 verschillende pasta’s en de ribeye. Alle vijf waren het top gerechten. Lekkere wijn bovendien! Bij het dessert hebben we gewoonweg nog eentje bijbesteld omdat het té lekker was! De service was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Prijs -kwaliteit verhouding is hier fantastisch. Eigenlijk is alles hier fantastisch! Je moet hier gegeten hebben 😊

27/07/2025: Lovely place in the most beautiful streets, where they cook local Puglia food to perfection. There aren't many tourists, so the food is made the way the locals love it and we loved that. We were lucky enough that the chef came out and told us about the place and the menu. We followed his recommendations and were not disappointed. Thank you for a really good experience 😊
