22/03/2025: I have never seen such a pathetic place. The waiters have no elegance when serving or presenting the dishes. They have a haughty attitude worthy of a cheap restaurant. No sense of taste in the decoration. Absolutely avoid this place. A place that deserves to be closed permanently.

22/03/2025: First of all, I don't think this place is elegant at all. The cutlery and wine glasses are very ugly (you can say it's my personal opinion, but I'm definitely an authority). Secondly, I'm very disappointed with the variety of the appetizers. There's bread everywhere. If you want to experience more authentic Tuscan cuisine, there are better choices.

14/03/2025: I had dinner during the week with my partner. The atmosphere is refined, with attention to detail, very intimate and relaxing. I particularly appreciated the lighting that, projected towards the center of the table from above, enhances the whole experience (without the now overused table lamps that are found everywhere). We chose the path called "the successes" with a vegetarian variant. We were very surprised by all the courses, bold and very original combinations. We found in particular well-enhanced simple vegetables, grown by them, cooked with innovation and mastery. The bread was excellent and the welcome and end-of-meal tastings were appreciated. The service was excellent: punctual and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!

11/03/2025: Restaurant with a Michelin star just outside Bergamo. The place appears elegant and at times minimal, but yours creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The tables are well spaced from each other, thus giving the right intimacy needed for the experience. We were also lucky enough to have the place almost exclusively to ourselves. We tried the Vit.Ale tasting menu, which contains the heart of the experimentation and study of the two chefs, both in vegetarian and normal versions. The experience, made up of 8 main courses, is a riot of combinations and research that has led to the creation of truly excellent dishes, one among all, the cappelletti with tamarind, truly incredible. But already from the amuse-bouche we understood that it would be an excellent journey (duck takoyaki, savory macarons, carrot chips with BBQ sauce). The pigeon, accompanied by brioches with livers and truffles really remained in my heart, as did the dessert with truffles and pralined almonds; very very risky but what a show. Incredible experience, absolutely fair quality/price ratio and so many compliments!

15/01/2025: Although the restaurant does not offer vegan options on the menu, the dining room staff was very kind in trying to satisfy me even with a simple dish of pasta with tomato sauce which was nevertheless much appreciated. Overall satisfied with the experience.

06/01/2025: Excellent experience! We tasted the octopus on a bed of yellow cherry tomatoes, the seafood lasagna and a pasta with saffron cream: everything was really excellent and of high quality. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is easily accessible

17/11/2024: We stayed in their cottage at the end of October. A lovely little villa with a private pool just steps from the main building. What can I say, a marvel! Hotel with attention to detail, breakfast with a spectacular lake view. Restaurant with refined cuisine, a wide selection of wines and top-level staff.

05/11/2024: I had a really good rest. It was quiet and the breakfast was full of raw fruit and vegetable juice and plenty of fruit. I was very satisfied with the dinner as well. I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness.

06/01/2025: This review is based on my personal experience and therefore is absolutely not intended to damage the image of the place. We booked on The Fork attracted by the good reviews and the interesting menu, where the sea reigns supreme but where there is also no shortage of excellent land alternatives. The first thing we notice once seated is that the menu prices are much higher than not only those seen on the app where we booked but also those on their website. Since it is a holiday we decide not to worry about it but we believe that it should still be reported to avoid unpleasant surprises for those who choose which restaurant to book in, perhaps also based on how much they will then spend. Let's come to lunch. We started by ordering a bottle of white wine listed on the menu but another one was brought to us. We were told that it would be paid in the same way but here too we were deprived of the possibility of choosing a little because if we had been told straight away that it wasn't there perhaps we would have opted for something else, instead we found ourselves as forced to accept that. As for the food, nothing to complain about. Excellent seafood spaghetti, well-treated fresh turbot and crispy, dry frying. The dessert didn't make me so crazy but more for my personal taste and not for the goodness of the product. Let's get to the sore point, the one that mainly affects my review: the service. A first course, a second course and a sweet waiting time of 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was really too long. Numerous tables present near ours (there were only 2 of us) were served first despite having arrived well after us. I don't think I've ever waited so long for a dessert and a coffee. I felt like pointing this out to the owner who partially remedied it by apologizing and applying a small discount to a bill that was still too high. I don't know whether to recommend it or not, personally, for the reasons explained above, I won't go back.

01/02/2025: Hemos salido encantados de la experiencia. Es un retaurante situado en un hotel de lujo. Decoración clásica, ambiente muy íntimo. La atencion extraordinaria de Fausto y de Puetro - simpatiquísimo- nos ha hecho semtir muy cómodos. Hemos pedido un entremés paralos dos, un primero y un segundo y postre para compartir, todo extraordinario. El restaurante ademas nos ha pasado un pequeño picoteo de entrada y un detalle tras el postre. No ha habido nada que no fuera de diez.

05/03/2025: Princely treatment. Fantastic staff (and really very nice girls at the reception, if one can still say so). Large, elegant rooms, bathrooms with shower and bidet, SPA accessible with a few euros extra. We also had lunch there: the food was super good (my fillet with pink pepper was excellent... my only complaint, but really nothing, is that if I ask rare, I really mean rare). Beautiful view from the rooms. Let's see the only "inconveniences" found (which take nothing away from what has already been said): 1) Even in this case (a vice of many hotels), although there was space available, they placed the bidet a little too close to the wall, forcing "seats" that are completely peaceful for twenty-year-olds but, for those over 60 like me, a bit annoying 2) The breakfast, wonderful, pharaonic, supported by very kind staff ready to help you without being intrusive, did not have nice crispy bacon to pair with the eggs. Or maybe my colleagues and I weren't able to find it. 3) The location of the hotel, beautiful and housed in a historic villa, is perfect for those like me who had to go to the scientific center of the university, but it could be a bit inconvenient for those who wanted to have the center of Trento within walking distance. That said, I'll finish by reiterating: super recommended, incredibly good value for money and...insanely honest minibar prices!!! In 40 years of traveling, I had never seen this yet.

04/03/2025: Villa Madruzzo is a wonderful place. Attention to every detail and elegant. A dream place. My partner and I sometimes take refuge here to escape from everyday life with a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable and the quality is excellent. I believe that the price is extremely acceptable due to the extremely high quality proposal. To see and to try.

02/03/2025: This review is for the wonderful dinner we had at the restaurant with our friends a week ago. Ambiance is always perfect for conversation; also elegant without being stuffy or theatrical. Great place for a business meal or simply a solid dinner. Every single thing we ate was delicious. We had eggplant appetizer, lobster, spaghetti with clams, branzino al cartoccio…gelato, chocolate dome, etc. It was all delicious. Very good wine list too. Best service from Nicola ALWAYS! He’s a gem. Already planning a comeback. Note: another reviewer noted that people were being rude and staring at them and incredibly, we did experience this same weird behaviour. The table next to us kept their attention and eyes literally fixated at us. Rude and weird. LOL. Nothing the restaurant can do or be faulted about.

Inevitablemente, se han desarrollado algunos platos característicos, que nunca salen del menú. Como visitante de una sola vez, quizás a uno no le debería importar esto. 14/02/2025: Made an account just to post this review, just attended for lunch, splurged on the chef experience and wow, wow, wow. Amazing service and amazing cooking, they were awesome and very accommodating, seemed to figure out our tastes just by observing and provided some amazing dishes. So happy I went and so happy to have this as my first two star Michelin experience. Bravo to this team. They run an incredibly tight ship.
