Local located in the center of Senigallia in a very quiet street; made in a cellar, with stone walls, very nice. Good food, the calamari was very tender, excellent cooking

La Posta hostaria is located in the center of Senigallia, I went with my wife and we tasted cold appetizers, first courses and fried dishes The menu offers traditional recipes, but also some more innovative ones Fresh fish and quality cuisine, all excellent The staff is very friendly, the place does not have a very large capacity, we must consider that it is a hostaria, but its look is very refined

Al centro della città. Locale all'ingresso piccolissimo; maggiore spazio nella sala del seminterrato, con suggestivo soffitto a botte. WIFI disponibile e buona musica di sottofondo (a volume corretto). Utilizzati piatti da portata differenti secondo le portate servite. C'è una buona scelta nel menù, non solo di pesce. La qualità dei cibi mi è sembrata piuttosto buona, ma prezzi leggermente altini. Tempi di attesa un po' troppo lunghi. Comunque locale consigliabile.

Locale moderno ed informale con menu precedentemente di pesce. Ordino linguine vongole e zucca (buone, ma si sentiva poco il gusto delle vongole a contrasto con la zucca) ed per dessert un tortino crema di ricotta, fichi e noci (ottimo, ma la frolla alla base del tortino era troppo spessa e quindi un po' dura da rompere con la forchetta). Servizio impeccabile e prezzi adeguati.

02/04/2024: The dishes offered on the menu are excellent and well presented, both in terms of the raw materials and the clearly refined plating. Unfortunately, the quality is directly proportionate to the length of the service. Today we waited more than an hour for the second course, without, among other things, having any indication from the dining room staff on the timing (which would have alleviated the wait). One last note, the quality is ok, the refinement is ok but 50 grams (more or less) of rack of lamb compared to a fairly high price I think is hardly justifiable, even though it is an excellent dish
03/03/2024: Lunch with friends. Everything wonderful. We tried the €45 tasting menu. The olive, the tartare and the gnocco are sublime. Elegant, bright environment (with a wonderful window overlooking the surrounding countryside), but not excessively "combed". Well-spaced tables and intimate atmosphere. What can I say, many compliments to the very young chef!
