At the end of the bill, they charged us for an extra bottle of water we hadn't ordered, but these mistakes happen.

28/02/2026: After reading the reviews, we booked for dinner. The place was cold, even thermally. We found the menu very limited, and in the end we opted for platters of cured meats and cheeses that tasted less like artisanal local products and more like industrially produced ones. The worst choice, by far, was the "Bistecca ai ferri" (grilled steak), €18.00. It actually turned out to be something shameful to serve to a customer: basically the upper of a snowshoe, overcooked to the point of being tough, flavorless, practically inedible, left alone on that plate, without a hint of lettuce or tomato, and in fact, half of it remained there on the plate. I defy the belief that a good, quality steak could turn so bad, and in this case it certainly wasn't, but whoever cooked it certainly did their part to create this pro-vegetarian ad. After tasting it, you might lose your desire to eat meat. P.S. Dear restaurateur, I see that you usually don't take criticism seriously; you get personal, perhaps because you don't have any valid arguments to counter. In any case, there were five of us, and for "not eating anything," three paltry platters of typically industrially produced cheeses and cured meats, a mixed fried fish, a slice of chicken, and a grilled steak—half of which was left on the plate because it was inedible—paying a €93 bill and leaving was the only positive aspect of this experience.

15/02/2026: I went to this restaurant with my partner and I have to say the experience was awful, not to mention shocking. We were served by black waiters who didn't understand Italian, and they even served us with their fingers. I had crab linguine, which was salty and had a flavorless sauce. I don't think a professional chef is cooking in the kitchen, but rather someone black who was hired by chance and had no experience, just like the waiters. The prices were disproportionate to the quality of the food, not to mention the wine list, which is outrageously expensive. I don't think I'll ever go back.

It's always been a local favorite for me, but recently the quality of both the food and the service has declined significantly. Huge praise for the very thinly sliced ​​cold cuts: a crazy plus, because when you bite into them, they don't all fall apart; they tear easily, and the rest stays on the slice (it seems like a trivial thing, but it makes all the difference 🍕). Quality ingredients, you can taste them. Super friendly and helpful staff, very pleasant atmosphere. Super fair prices for what you get. They also tell me the breakfasts are great: I haven't tried them yet, but I'll update the review if I do. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

28/02/2026: Restaurant: Quality food, in line with typical local Abruzzo restaurants that use local ingredients. Unfortunately, prices are high for the area: first courses are €15/16, second courses are €18 (with portions that aren't particularly generous), and packaged ice cream and lemon sorbet are €8. I can understand these prices in other shopping areas.

23/02/2026: Welcoming rooms and good air conditioning (tested in winter). Cleanliness is good, bathroom is nice, elevator is available, panoramic view (mountains are visible), and the food is excellent. Reasonably priced. There's also a wellness area with a gym. Five minutes from the ski lifts.
