It's now become our go-to spot for all our visits to Ovindoli and the surrounding area. Located in Celano's main square, right in front of Piccolomini Castle, it has plenty of on-street parking, so much so that you'll only need to drive around a second time to find a spot. And it's worth it! A good selection of always-fresh pastries, and bar service from attentive, attentive, and extremely friendly staff, so much so that time spent over a cup of coffee becomes filled with jokes, foodie insights, and precise tourist information (always and subject to customer traffic, which is never neglected). See you next time!

Lovely lady knew how to make a great cappuccino and made us feel warm and welcomed. It’s a local hangout with a nice view of the town. We were glad we stopped here as we passed through.

In Celano's main square, with a beautiful flower-filled terrace. An excellent cappuccino accompanied by fresh pastries and a good selection of artisanal ice creams. Fast and friendly service. But the real gem is the billiards room on the lower floor.

24/02/2026: I was at this venue for a concert, so my opinion is limited to that experience, with only a (fantastic) platter as a reference. The staff's dedication to managing the room with its many small tables was commendable. The atmosphere was a bit cold and anonymous.
22/02/2026: For our wedding, we entrusted Spazio Pingue with the wedding reception and a buffet dinner with friends. Both events were expertly and versatilely organized. The utmost care was taken over every detail, from the room decor to the refined dishes to the courteous service of the staff, always attentive, helpful, professional, and smiling. 02/06/2026: Very quaint atmosphere. The food was good, but the portions were small. The only downside was that it arrived cold. They probably had a service issue, considering it was Sunday evening and everything was fully booked, even though we arrived right on time and respected our reservation. Service was decent, but could be improved. Prices were average. Worth trying again on a less crowded day. The owner is decidedly touchy.
01/06/2026: The food is excellent, even though all the restaurants in the area don't offer local food. Prices are similar to those in Rome, so you'd expect lower prices.
