10/10/2025: Very good and highly recommended food. The spaghetti with seafood and Florentine steak were a dream. We'll definitely be back.

20/09/2025: We highly recommend the La Forgia restaurant. We had lunch there today and were thoroughly satisfied. The food was delicious and more than satisfied even the most discerning tastes. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The wonderful view of the water is particularly beautiful, perfectly complementing the restaurant's tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. An ideal place for a relaxed lunch – we'd love to come back!

21/10/2025: A place nestled like an ancient jewel in nature. I've heard great things about this place for its excellent cuisine and price. I absolutely agree and recommend it. The pizza 🍕 was simply excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pizza chefs were on display. I also give the atmosphere a five because, although rustic, it's very clean and makes you feel at home. I'm glad I went and will go often.

08/10/2025: We'd just have a drink there. Where all the top reviews come from is completely unclear to me. The restroom looks like one at a train station. The outdoor area is minimalist and substandard. It's on Lake Garda. There are three better restaurants within the next 500 meters.

27/10/2025: Delicious traditional Thai food and super friendly staff. I asked if I could have pad thai without fish and egg, and even though it wasn't an option on the menu, they immediately obliged. They were also kindly warned—without asking—that the following dishes contained animal ingredients (the house-made dragon clouds and the various sauces). Amazing pad thai and delicious, super-crunchy spring rolls. The staff were truly helpful, kind, welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. We'll definitely be back!! Fair prices: two pad thais, spring rolls, and a bottle of water for €41.

20/10/2025: Last night was my first time at this restaurant! I'm not familiar with Thai cuisine, so to be on the safe side, I opted for dishes I could taste. We enjoyed the two appetizers offered: vegetable rolls, chicken skewers, and also heated shrimp accompanied by excellent sweet, sweet, and spicy sauces. There was also excellent salmon sashimi, and then chicken with vegetables and basil accompanied by delicious rice. The dishes were beautifully presented and cooked very well! We enjoyed it very much, even though it was our first time there, we didn't dare too much! The service was attentive and friendly, as was the welcome! We were pleasantly satisfied and will definitely be back! Thank you.

14/10/2025: We had lunch outside under the covered patio. The menu features traditional dishes executed to perfection. The pastisada de caval is truly excellent. If I really had to comment, the truffle wasn't very tasty, but it depends on the time of year and the weather. The desserts were delicious, and the lemon zest twist on the crème caramel was a special touch. 100%, Chef Cipriani!

02/10/2025: On the outside wall, a plaque identifies the current restaurant as the birthplace of Antonio Ascari, an Alfa Romeo driver from the 1920s and father of the more famous Alberto Ascari, a Ferrari driver and world champion from the 1950s. It should be a typical restaurant, but in reality, except for a few dishes, it offers a rather banal menu. The tagliatelle with duck ragù is good, but the bigoli with sardines is less so. The fried "pessin e saltai" (fish and chips) is awful; the pizza is adequate. Prices are reasonable. On average, it would be two and a half stars... I was being generous.

02/11/2025: We were there last night... meager portions... but they're not expensive, of course. Maybe a few euros more, and something more... the food on the plates seems "thrown in" just because... too much of a rush to serve (some were outside smoking with dessert still on the table and asking for coffee... the house appetizer was sad... even if the sauces are good. Grilled... a piece of chicken, half a sausage, and a small piece of skewer... Artichoke crepe... an open crepe on the plate with artichokes inside... a bit disappointed

However, we ordered a bottle of water for my partner and me, and they charged us for two people drinking from it, not for the bottle we ordered (€3), but for the number of people who drank from it (€6). It's like if I order a beer, my partner tries it, and they charge us both. Furthermore, charging €3 per person is outrageous. The dishes themselves weren't great, but trying to squeeze money out of us in other ways seems absurd. The food was good, and the service was good.
