16/10/2025: Went here based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as great as often described. The pizza was okay, and the price was good, but the schnitzel was more like a dry shoe sole. Charging €15 for something like that, including reheated fries, is outrageous. Hence only 2 stars. As I said, the pizza was okay, though not a standout. The atmosphere was like the gas station next door, with a "quick in, quick out" vibe.

04/10/2025: We spontaneously stopped in for dinner, as it's very close to our campsite. The pizzas were well-topped, but the dough and tomato sauce could have been better. The tiramisu and tartufo didn't seem homemade. They charged €2 for the cover charge, but no breadsticks or bread. The staff were friendly, but noticeably tired of the season. Our dachshund was welcome – which made us happy.

30/09/2025: A very pleasant bar located right on the beautiful shores of Lake Garda. With good music from the bar, a view, and a good meal, sitting here with a cool drink or something to eat is definitely worth a visit. We'll see you next year.

23/09/2025: Nice location, but the staff doesn't know how to make coffee. I order two regular coffees, they arrive short, I ask for one to be replaced, and I get a full cup... this is called taking the customer for a ride!!!!!

02/10/2025: Traditional restaurant managed by family since 1970. The place is very big but quality stays high. We had a 20 people dinner for business, fast service and great food.

24/10/2025: Simply fantastic! The pizza by the slice is superb, with fresh ingredients and a light dough. I also tried the panzerotto and it was delicious. The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined. A must-see, my sincere compliments to the entire staff for their attention to every detail! I've finally found my go-to pizza spot!

08/10/2025: The food was good, the friendliness was something else, and all after asking the waitress why they charged (in some places they charge 4, in others 3, and in very few places 2) for each diner's cutlery. The waitress explained that in Spain we had to tip, but they didn't accept it. Well, in Rome, we found a restaurant where they asked for a tip and then charged you for the cutlery! I'll see if I can give this place a review! The problem is that they charge the same amount for cutlery, no matter how much you consume. There were 4 of us. In 15 days, we would have bought a good set of cutlery! Thank goodness it was a village trattoria, in Vigasio! The Aperol wasn't as good as we expected either.

30/09/2025: We arrived to Belfiore Park Hotel after a long trek in Riva del Garda. At the reception the amazing staff welcome us and gave us tour around the bar and our beutiful room . They paid attention on every detail during our stay. We were able to enjoy the spa facilities which were meticulously clean, the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the lake was perfect! We would like to make a special mention of the restaurant and the hotel manager. We didn't make reservations in advance because we arrived a little late, and the hotel manager did everything possible to accommodate us . About Bistrot Al Vas - the quality of the local products and the wine recommendation made our dinner an unforgettable evening and the best we had during our trip around Garda Lake .

All the staff were overly assisting, catering to every request with genuine care and efficiency, making our stay seamless and truly special. The team’s thoughtfulness was especially evident in their exceptional accommodation of my partner’s food intolerances at the Bistro. They expertly tailored dishes to meet dietary needs without sacrificing flavour. The food was simply spectacular—each dish crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients and presented like a masterpiece. The owner, Manuel elevated our dining experience further by recommending a superb local wine that paired perfectly with our meal, his friendliness adding a warm, personal touch to the evening. The hotel’s inclusions are phenomenal! The booking price covered complimentary access to the spa, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, paddle boats, bicycles, e-bikes and even a charming classic Fiat 500 for exploring the area. These perks made our stay feel like a thrilling adventure wrapped in luxury. The spa facilities were a haven of tranquility and relaxation, offering the perfect escape after long daily excursions. The heated pool and private beach were pristine, with jaw-dropping views and a serene atmosphere that made every moment unforgettable. Every corner of the property was impeccably maintained, blending elegance and comfort in the most perfect way. Our dream holiday ended with yet another delightful surprise—a tiny, heartfelt gesture from the staff as a token of appreciation for our stay, which left us completely touched. From Alessio’s welcoming tour to the owner’s extraordinary hospitality, the staff’s unwavering dedication to every request, and that final thoughtful gift, the Belfiore Park Hotel delivered an unparalleled experience. The sensational food, incredible amenities, and blissful spa made this stay pure magic. This hotel is a 10 out of 5—shame we can’t rate it higher! We cannot wait to return!

27/09/2025: We may have been unlucky, but we ordered two pizzas with fresh porcini mushrooms and they literally tasted of nothing, so much mozzarella and you couldn't taste the tomato or the mushrooms, it was like eating water, 45 euros for two pizzas and two beers

16/09/2025: Staff very friendly and helpful. They have an English menu which was great. So many pizzas to choose from and all sounded amazing. They use a wood fired oven therefore the pizza tasted fantastic. Pizza was good sized with great crust. Wine was very reasonably priced and with great flavours.

24/08/2025: We visited this lovely restaurant on the evening of August 23rd in a very attractive area in the Valpolicella hills. The place is very charming and quiet. We had an appetizer for two (a charcuterie board with pickled vegetables) and two main courses (grilled beef steak with balsamic vinegar and parmesan, and Braised beef in Amarone with polenta), water, a half liter of Valpolicella, and two coffees. The price was reasonable (€65 for two); the service was very fast, and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Thank you for your service.
