27/10/2025: Located in the heart of the city yet still retaining its authentic character, Dal Baffo is one of the most interesting restaurants in Lazise. Delicious, traditional cuisine that lives up to its promise. With the large number of tourists, you might have to expect a bit of a wait, but the team clearly does their best. A visit to Lazise without Dal Baffo would be incomplete. Authentic, simply brilliant, and absolutely recommended.

11/11/2025: On Saturday evening I went to dinner with my partner, even though the place was crowded, the service was very fast, the sliced ​​beef was very succulent, while my partner insisted that the pizza was truly special... an experience to repeat, we will return soon with friends and family.

05/11/2025: I went for lunch today with my brother on the recommendation of a friend, and I have to say it was excellent in every way, from the welcome to the staff to the food. As soon as I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come back to eat here because it's truly worth it!

08/12/2025: In the summer, when it's hot, this place is ideal because it has a veranda suspended over the rushing waters of the world's shortest river. It's a bit lower than the road, so the traffic isn't too disruptive, though you can hear it a bit. The staff is friendly enough, though they get a bit lost when it's crowded. Unfortunately, the pizza isn't great; it's fine for the many foreign tourists who come here, but for an Italian, it's rubbery.

14/10/2025: Pizzeria Aril in Cassone is a delight every time! Fresh ingredients, everything prepared with love. For me, a visit here is simply a must for any stay on Lake Garda. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: A lakeside table, excellent food, a straw-yellow wine with a lovely floral bouquet (a sparkling Valdobbiadene), despite being the house wine (well done!), and good, attentive service. Well done!

25/10/2025: We went for dinner and had a truly wonderful meal. The fried mixed seafood was delicious and plentiful. The ravioli with grouper and tomatoes were superb, as was the sea bass in an almond and pistachio crust. The homemade crema catalana and chestnut tart were delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly. You must stop by for lunch or dinner!

21/10/2025: We visited based on reviews that said this was a hidden gem. We had a very unfriendly greeting from a stone faced manager who looked me up and down - I'm guessing she didn't like that I was wearing shorts. We should've left at this point. She was eventually persuaded by her colleague to give us a table. Shortly afterwards an Italian couple came in with the man dressed head to toe in a gold tracksuit who was welcomed with open arms and spent his whole meal on the phone. We had tuna pasta which was fresh but average. I get the feeling this is a locals only place where tourists are not welcome. It's not a hidden gem either.

09/12/2025: A trattoria just steps from Piazza Bra and the Arena, this historic establishment serves traditional Veronese dishes, especially the magnificent cotoletta (breaded cutlet), available in small, medium, or large sizes, with a variety of delicious toppings. The friendly host and staff make guests feel at home in a family-friendly atmosphere. Fast service; reservations are recommended due to limited seating.

21/11/2025: We'd already read the reviews on Google before coming, so we knew more or less what to expect, but we were still disappointed. Unfortunately, it was the only option on the entire street that day, so we decided to give it a try. We came for lunch, and the place was very crowded, which was understandable, but the experience was truly awful. The staff seemed uninterested and almost annoyed. The sushi lady in particular was particularly rude: she practically threw our nigiri onto the table, one of which nearly fell off. She realized what she'd done, but didn't even apologize. When it came time to pay, the girl at the cashier asked us how it went. My sister was about to answer, but I stopped her: there was no point in saying that. We simply won't be returning.

04/11/2025: Lovely meal at Trattoria all Colonna. Very important to book in the evening but we managed to eat without a reservation on Tuesday at lunchtime. Typical local well cooked food from an osteria. Lovely beef carpaccio, followed by penne a la casa which was full of flavour very tasty indeed. All washed down with a beautiful local Veronese red beer - superb! You can get wines by the glass as well. Big thanks also to the kind staff and young man who helped get back an important pink bag full of insulin for my type 1 diabetic fiancé - grazie mille!!

23/11/2025: This is the second time I've eaten at this restaurant, recommended by friends. You immediately sense the professionalism, hospitality, and kindness—no improvisation. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the food is prepared according to traditional recipes, the wait times are more than reasonable, and they're open to small variations on the menu. I absolutely recommend it.
