13/08/2025: I happened to hear about this restaurant, and I have to say I give it five stars. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good and fresh. I recommend the cutlets, their specialty. They also have "seasoned" cutlets topped with select ingredients like cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Highly recommended! Definitely try it!

04/08/2025: Appetizer: polenta, gorgonzola, mushrooms, and soppressa: the gorgonzola should be melted over the polenta, not a cold piece of gorgonzola, especially old, placed next to a piece of toasted polenta that was obviously bought at the supermarket. The Valdostana cutlet was a disgrace: A slice of cooked ham and a slice of Fontina cheese placed on top of the ham, hoping they would warm up with the temperature of the cutlet. We didn't finish eating them; we had them wrapped up to cook at home.

08/06/2025: The best sushi in Verona without a doubt. I've tried many, but this is the best. Very friendly staff, top sushi and super cute and clean place. Highly recommended!

27/05/2025: We ate there tonight for the first time; really nice place, friendly and polite staff, really good food. From the really top raw salmon, to the various gunkan... all very well seasoned and presented on the plate. Note of merit also for the desserts, beautiful to look at, but above all to eat!

07/09/2025: What a delicious bruschetta. The service was friendly and quick, and the food and snacks that were being served to the other tables also looked very good. Please note: there is no hot food available between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

06/08/2025: A delicious meal at a good price. The service was exceptionally friendly and English-speaking. We felt very comfortable and returned home full and happy. The air conditioning was available, but the main room was extremely cold. The conservatory was pleasant, although quite noisy due to the fans. Therefore, one star deducted for the ambience.

24/08/2025: We visited this lovely restaurant on the evening of August 23rd in a very attractive area in the Valpolicella hills. The place is very charming and quiet. We had an appetizer for two (a charcuterie board with pickled vegetables) and two main courses (grilled beef steak with balsamic vinegar and parmesan, and Braised beef in Amarone with polenta), water, a half liter of Valpolicella, and two coffees. The price was reasonable (€65 for two); the service was very fast, and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Thank you for your service.

22/07/2025: Vincantiamo was a truly surprising discovery. The pizza is simply amazing, made with the highest-quality ingredients and a care that is evident from the first bite. The meat is also top-notch, cooked to perfection and presented in excellent cuts: a true house specialty. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every moment enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. The service is attentive but never intrusive.

03/08/2025: Secondo me il migliore in Lessinia. Siamo arrivati una domenica convinti che saremo stati “rimbalzati” e invece con cortesia ci hanno fatto pazientare e alla fine hanno trovato un bel tavolo per noi. Ospitali con il nostro cane e sopratutto con un menu davvero superlativo. Non un menu da rifugio ma qualcosa di più. Medaglioni di cervo con crocchette di patate e brasato al vino eccellente. E finalmente i contorni di verdura! Insomma ve lo consiglio l. tutto perfetto.

01/09/2025: The lunch was fantastic! From the start, the staff was welcoming and worked with true passion, making the experience even more special. The fritto misto was crispy and light, a true delight. The seafood spaghetti was rich in seafood and flavorful, while the truffle gnocchi were an explosion of flavor, delicate and fragrant. To finish, the green pepper fillet was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. A culinary experience I highly recommend!
