Just a stone's throw from the beautiful village of Soave, in the hilltop hamlet of Fittà, lies a wonderful establishment founded by Don Paolo Pasetto and the Multiforme Cooperative, which has been providing shelter and work to vulnerable people for years. On Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch, you can enjoy excellent dishes made with produce from their fields, cheeses from their Cascina Albaterra, and delicious homemade desserts, as well as wines from the Coffele estate. Today, I enjoyed a Savoy cabbage tartlet with their goat cheese fondue, porcini mushroom and leek risotto, egg macaroni with farmyard ragù, sliced ​​steak, and an excellent brownie with warm raspberry jam. 11/04/2026: Dinner with friends, excellent service, helpful staff, disappointed with the food. I remembered the food being much better. The pizzas weren't the best; as far as cuisine goes, you can't write buffalo mozzarella and have regular mozzarella delivered. Perhaps things have changed a bit since the management I remembered.

03/05/2026: A very charming and quiet restaurant in the heart of Verona. We stopped here for lunch during our city tour and loved it. Simple in style, as you'd expect from an osteria, the menu offers a variety of options, including the daily menu, which offers the option of a full menu or just one course. For first courses, we chose two ravioli with bacon and pumpkin, and spaghetti with zucchini and salmon (very distinctive in color). Finally, we finished with an amaretto and chocolate parfait, simply spectacular. We also tried a licorice liqueur sorbet made by Loto. Truly excellent.

02/05/2026: I didn't make a reservation on a friday night but i still got a nice table outside. I ordered octopus stew for a starter and bigoli with horse meat for a main course. I got a bread basket served immediately. The bread was stale. After 15 minutes I got served octopus stew and my drink at the same time. Octopus stew was good, but only lukewarm temperature. Polenta that came with it was great. The main dish was delicious and served hot. Portion size was satisfying. Aperol spritz was crispy, super cold and just right. All together I was very happy with my dinner here. I would appreciate my drink served before food, my appetizer hot and my bread fresh. Also, olive oil, aceto balsamico and parmigiano starter pack on a table would be a great addition. Recommend.

In più abbiamo ricevuto un drink di benvenuto analcolico e, alla fine, dei deliziosi gelati al limone 😍. 5 stelle sono decisamente troppo poche!
