05/01/2024: Hotel guests we chose to dine in the restaurant room. Dinner is preceded by a visit to the wine cellar where the kind and attentive staff, together with the chef, presents an aperitif prepared with care in flavor and presentation. Everything can be accompanied by a wine of your choice. Afterwards you are accompanied to the room for dinner. The glass room which houses a few tables, elegantly looked after, overlooks a garden with swimming pool, the lights are very suggestive in the evening. The kind and knowledgeable staff presents the dishes prepared with professionalism and passion by the chef, all very pleasant on the palate. The refined choice of dishes and glasses suits the artistic vein of the environment. You can choose from various menus differing in terms of the number of dishes and the price. The visit to the chef's table accompanied by the waiter at the end of the dinner was much appreciated.

29/12/2023: Nonostante fossimo i soli presenti nel ristorante la vigilia di Natale, abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento molto particolare da parte di tutti, chef, maitre e personale di sala. Conoscevamo già la cucina frequentando questo ristorante e l'hotel già da qualche anno. Merita sempre- Consigliatissimo.
