08/01/2026: Great location, delicious pizza, we'll be back... In the summer of 2025, we visited the restaurant again. We were very disappointed. Apparently, the owner had changed, and everything was different. The food wasn't as good, and the service (which had always been excellent) had also deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, the staff was completely inattentive. What a shame. We'll have to find somewhere else now.

09/03/2026: I had the pleasure of being a guest at Locanda Buglioni for a wedding and was truly amazed by the quality of the food. The entire dinner was meticulously crafted, with beautifully executed dishes, top-quality ingredients, and attentive service that made the experience even more enjoyable. The great attention to detail in both the cuisine and hospitality was clearly evident. But the real surprise came with the dessert: a simply extraordinary pistachio mousse with raspberry. A perfect balance between the sweetness of the pistachio and the freshness of the raspberry, truly delicious and memorable. Congratulations to the entire staff for making this wedding even more special with their high-quality culinary offerings.

14/03/2026: It is a truly delicious, friendly, and wonderful restaurant. I hadn't been able to eat spicy food for days, so I asked the chef to make it spicy, and he prepared it with the perfect level of spiciness for Korean palates. It is the kind of taste that makes you want to drink draft beer. (If it had been a dish with broth, I would have mixed rice into it.) Now that I've had it once, I want to eat it again. If the staff happen to see this review, I really want to thank them. It was the most delicious meal I have had in the five days since arriving in Italy.

11/12/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The dishes were so well-crafted, we didn't miss the restaurants we'd tried in Japan at all—quite the opposite. The tasting menu is well-balanced and allows you to try multiple dishes on the menu. Highly recommended. Kudos to the lovely owners and staff; we'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Aji - Japanese Restaurant offers the incredible privilege of transporting your taste buds directly to the land of the Rising Sun, forgetting for a few hours that you're in the Vicenza area. The passion that the two owners, Francesca and Giulio, convey is evident in every dish. I came here for the first time with my partner for her birthday, and we tried the Wagyu tasting. It was the perfect choice. Every dish we were lucky enough to try truly wowed us. The Ramen, in particular, was sublime, a practically perfect balance of flavors with no one ingredient overpowering the other. To top it all off, I also enjoyed the sake tasting, which, thanks to a coherent and thoughtful pairing, made the experience even more complete and enjoyable. All this was topped off by Francesca's kindness and ever-gracious presence, with whom we even had the opportunity to chat a little after dinner in the shop area, where you can find rare gems of carefully selected Japanese craftsmanship—another sign of the profound passion and respect these two wonderful people have for this incredible country. If you haven't already been, treat yourself and spend an evening at Aji. We had such a great time that by the time we paid, we already booked for next time. 13/10/2025: We celebrated our anniversary, and like every year, we do it with an experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Our experience at this magnificent restaurant was truly positive because, in addition to the delicious food, we found a welcoming atmosphere and, what's not to be expected, truly competent and friendly staff, which in my opinion makes the difference at these places. The very kind chef came out to greet us personally and chat. A top-notch experience.

05/01/2026: Very good trattoria! The polenta is truly exceptional with perfectly cooked mushrooms. The tortelli and cacio e pepe pasta are among the best we've had in the area. The waiter was also very friendly and helpful. We'll be back :)
